Best Buy

Store associates were very helpful with my early Christmas shopping. I initially came in for a smart watch, but I somehow found myself looking at the Oculus Quest 2 VR headsets instead. My son's been asking for an Oculus for the last couple of years, but I don't know anything about VR, so the greeter at the door called someone to come help me. The associate was great. Very informative and knowledgeable about the headset. Even walked me through the set-up process and explained how to download games. He also recommended a variety of accessories, protective cases, etc. Best Buy made over $300 off me that day, but I can honestly say it was worth every penny. The Oculus Quest 2 is awesome. It does everything the salesman said it would and more. Top notch customer service 👍

Helpful staff knew exactly where to find my items and when it turned out to not be the part I needed the return was quick and easy.

Nice people, same stock as every other Best Buy. I was greeted at the door and another person offered us help. It's nice to be greeted and directed with a sincere smile.

I had a great experience shopping and the customer service was excellent.

Ordered software online after canceling my last one that was about to auto renewal. Through the mobile app,I got it all done while out to dinner! There it was,the email telling them I was in the store waiting, but no wait at all! Ready for me to pick up as soon as I walked in the door! These employees are great!

This is the only 5-Star rating we've ever given to a Best Buy, which is exclusively due to the excellent customer service rendered by one of their employees. We've rarely had real authentic service at Best Buy over the years so this time it was a jolt to our expectations...pleasantly so.

The employees here are always happy to help you find something or learn more information about whatever you're looking at. There is a wide variety of electronics here, including washing machines, blow dryers, and obviously computers+phones. I am always happy to come here!

Bought a printer, a month later it was faulty...called best buy and a really nice guy suggested an HP printer and went ahead and ordered it for me and had it shipped to my house. I was to take faulty printer back to the store to return it, which I did, 2 days later. Fast forward two years later and I need my 4 year geek squad plan and called Best Buy, only to find out when I took the faulty printer back, the guy actually scanned my (on the way) new printers receipt in the computer as the return. The guy on the phone told me that there was nothing that could be done EXCEPT prorate the geek squad plan from my old computer and refund to my card, he continued to tell me that the mistake was my fault, because I did not check my emailed receipt when I got home. I went up to the store in Texarkana where Ms. Allison told me that the mistake could be fixed and all would be fine. Ms. Allison was so nice and so helpful and she fixed EVERYTHING. Ms. Allison in the Texarkana location will take care of her customers for sure. Now the people you have answering your phone that you cannot understand half of what they are saying are the rudest people EVER.
