If you’re looking to try something new this is a good place to check out! Small on the inside and not in the best repair honestly but the food exceeding expectations for first time trying Indian cuisine. Portions were huge, and everything tasted great. If you’re a picky eater like me you’ll probably like the butter chicken as it doesn’t have a bunch of random things thrown in it, it’s just the chicken and sauce over rice. Overall really enjoyed and will be frequently getting dinner here.

Ever since I found this restaurant I’ve been at least once a week. I love the butter chicken and garlic naan. The owner is super friendly!

Do not come in expecting a red carpet and fancy atmosphere. However, we absolutely enjoyed the chicken and beef masala! Ask for the spices. The naan is outstanding! Our family will definitely be coming back. We didn't experiece the rude owner/operator that some have mentioned. We had very good conversations and he was polite. Portion sizes were reasonable.

The food is so delicious & he uses all fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this little restaurant. The owner is the cook & waiter & he's super nice. I will definitely go back. I would rather pay him than any chain restaurant. Plus, the absolute best garlic naan.

What a small hidden place we found in Maryville. There are about 3 tables to dine in. We ordered Butter Chicken, Haleem, Naan, Samosa, and Chicken Kebob. The owner/chef made all our ordered from scratch. Everything, food and service, was so yummy and good. The owner has a great pride with his food. I've never been to a restaurant that has 100 on health department inspection. It's hidden on the corner next to Bargain Hunt. Don't let Covid19 to close place like this. Keep going! Well be back again.

I just have to say for a 1 man operation he gets it done. The smell of fresh naan is hypnotizing.The food is delicious and I always leave overstuffed!

The space is a bit cramped and he sometimes won't have the full menu prepped, so I would just recommend calling ahead and asking what he's got. Definitely worth the hassle for the only authentic Indian food in Blount County.

The restaurant itself is small and not impressive, but the food was good! Fair prices and friendly owner. Didn’t know this place existed because the signs are so small.

I tried the Butter Chicken with Naan. It was delicious. Would recommend trying it out.

This place is amazing! The food here is super traditional and authentic. It really is a hole in the wall restaurant. The naan was to die for and so was the other food. It was all incredible! The owner is also super nice and friendly. He loves to talk! I can't wait to come back here! I recommend this place to everyone!

The Indian food at this place is soooo good! We so enjoyed speaking with the owner/chef at this little hidden place by Bargain Hunt. We had the chicken masala which had a mildly sweet and spicy flavor. Just enough to keep you eating more. The mutton masala made with goat was so tender along with the freshly made, melt in your mouth Naan bread. This is a hidden gem!

We both got the chicken biryani and garlic naan with yogurt dipping sauce. It was absolutely delicious! It was full of flavour and spices. Which is how I know it's the real deal when it comes to Indian food.The owner was wonderful and he talked to us while we waited for our food. I'm glad we now have a local Indian food spot!! I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

Best little Gem in Maryville. Owner is super friendly and cooks the food to order. The Chicken Tika Boti is mine and my daughters favorite. My husband and son are big fans of the mutton Masala and the Chicken byrini..
The Naan Bread is always cooked to perfection. Try something new and give this place a chance you won't be sorry!!

Great food. It's uncomfortable to eat in there due to the size, but you can sit and wait at a table while he makes your food. Very quick to make our food too.

The naan is so very good. I had the Hakeem which was with chicken and it tasted delicious and healthy at the same time. Chicken masala and butter chicken good too. The proprietor is friendly. Try it!

Top Indian cuisine I’ve ever had. Even my toddler loved it! This place has been open for 5 years. This kind of culinary skill/talent deserves to build up to the atmosphere of its dreams. Only approx 5 min wait for the best combination of flavors, fresh-made naan… plenty of seating once you get inside. Highly recommend!

I am so glad we found this place. The other reviews are true. This is the real deal and well with a drive from Knoxville to enjoy. Everything is made fresh. We watched our naan and our samosas being made after we placed our order. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. We enjoyed chicken masala and butter chicken on this visit.

Called ahead as we were staying in Wears Valley TN for the weekend. Owner was so hospitable and welcoming. We ordered what he recommended, we ordered a lamb curry and beef curry as well as naan. Everything was delicious. Decent pricing and great quality food. A great hole in the wall place! Recommend to all.
