I was in the market for a new reclining sofa and they had the exact Ashley sofa I was looking for at a great price (while Ashley’s in Knox had none of the four sofas I’d found on their website). Brian was personable and funny when I called to see if they were open (a lot of other places were closed due to the weather) which made me want to visit their store even more. Our salesman Tim was very helpful at looking up prices for other items, and making arrangements for delivery. Both Tim and Chad were friendly and quick with delivery and setup. All the guys there were great - just a little disappointed I didn’t get to meet the dogs that are normally hanging out in the office. Maybe next time. :)

Great, honest, and affordable furniture store…. Products are affordable but good quality. Very good customer service and easy to work with. Needed furniture in a hurry so we took the couch home our own.. Order another piece and it came sooner than expected. When they called we told them there was a small area on the couch. The owner came when they delivered and changed out the couch and brought the other piece too.. Great customer service and care for the final product!
