So I had a fairly complicated paint job: a built in upper and lower cabinet and a ceiling that needed repair and texture in the master closet following a safelift install. Time was critical because of an upcoming veterinary surgery. These guys pulled it all off in 3 days from the estimate to the actual tasks and to spotless cleanup. Thrilled with the results. Easy to work with. Very professional. Looking to have them do more work for me!

Michelle was our PM and she was super helpful and knowledgeable in the process of painting our home. Daniel and his team of painters were quick and professional. They worked around us as we were maneuvering around with kids and a newborn. We will definitely use them again!

Our experience with five star painting was overall mostly positive with some hiccups. We met with Josh the morning of our move into a new build. He was very helpful and just seemed like an overall genuine guy who cared about his work. We decided to hire painters because we were planning on painting several rooms due to poor builder’s grade paint, and figured we’d leave it to the professionals to do a good job and finish quicker than we would if we tried doing it ourselves (with four young kids at home). We were scheduled to start the following Monday. Unfortunately that’s when things started to make us uneasy about our decision. Our assigned painters (a husband and wife) seemed to have a series of unfortunate events that caused delays in the start day, leaving early another day and not showing up the next. To their defense, they were things out of their control and just truly unfortunate for them, and I pray that all is turning for the better for them. But there was also the issue of sloppy work, mistakes, and minor (luckily repairable) damage to our furniture and blind rod (unfortunately not repairable) and leaving paint brushes on our uncovered floors that left us even more unsettled and almost regretting our decision. But that’s when things turned around. We spoke to our project manager, Michelle, about our issue of needing the work completed by a certain date because our pod rental was going to be returned at the end of the week and now we were nervous it was not going to be done in the time first discussed with us. The morning the painters did not show, she scheduled for 3 painters to come that morning and finish out the job for us. They were amazing. Needless to say, these guys were definitely within their top employees. They knocked out several rooms in half the time, fixed mistakes made, and corrected sloppiness to create a job I didn’t think could happen after a rocky start. I appreciated our project manager’s attention to detail and promptness to remedy situations. Unfortunately they never got back to us about replacing the broken blind rod but you take the good with the bad I suppose. I was asked to leave a review and I said I would but I tend to get lengthy so I’ll get on with it. These days word of mouth and reviews can be monumental for businesses so I want to do my due diligence. I do recommend five star painting because even if there is an issue like the ones we had, they came through in fixing most of them, leaving us with a beautiful painting job and a feeling like our decision to go with them was right. The guys that came out in the end were amazing and knew their stuff, so they definitely have some good solid crew on board. Working with Michelle was such a positive experience and I wish the best to Josh and their whole crew.

Michelle and crew did a fantastic job on several projects in our house. We’re getting the house ready for sale so they fixed a few holes in a wall, retextured two rooms and painted half the house. Everything looks great and clean. The crew showed up each day when they said they would and we’re very professional throughout the job. Would use Five Star Painting again!

We had our Cabinets painted. We did the Uppers white and lowers navy blue! They look amazing and really brightened up our kitchen!!! Michelle was awesome and very thorough. The paint crew did an excellent job!

Michelle and Benjamin were prompt, professional, courteous, informative and respectful while doing a beautiful job on our kitchen cabinets. Benjamin truly cares about his workmanship and takes pride in the finished product. We appreciated his attention to detail throughout the 3 days out job was being completed. As a project manager, Michelle kept us updated and frequently checked in on the crew to assure the job was going according to plan and that we had any questions or concerns answered along the way. Also Kylie was our first contact with Five Star and did a great job on our initial estimate and responding to my questions and request before the job was started. We would definitely recommend Five Star for anyone's painting needs. We look forward to them starting on our exterior house painting job in the near future.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Five Star Painting. I found this business in Google and I requested a quote. I received a quote the next day and scheduled my appointment the next. Everyone was on time and service best after immediately. I’m very impressed with the work and I would highly recommend. Removal of popcorn on my bedrooms and bathrooms. Michelle came to make sure what was required was understood from the start. Afterwards she came and did the inspection and got the touch ups done. Will keep them in mind for future projects.

Kylie (Quote process) and Michelle (Production Manager) along with their paint crews we're very easy to work with overall. We liked our finished product a lot.

Our crew was Augustine and Jason and their supervisor, Geovany. Our ceilings are over 22 feet high. We had cracks in the ceiling and the walls. Some were from previous water leaks and some from foundation issues. We also have crown molding. Our crew was on time, very professional, obvious experts in their field and worked. Honestly, after 25 years in the same home and having the need for various contractors over the years, besides our plumber, we could not have wished for a better crew. It looks beautiful. If all 5 Star Painting crews are as good as ours was, you would be hard pressed to find someone better. AND, the price was so reasonable, we chose not to get another estimate.
