I'm not one that usually writes reviews...good or bad, but I feel I cant pass up this opportunity. I've been dealing with contractors of all kinds for more than 40 years , carpenters, roofers, plumbers, electricians, painters, pressure washing, driveway sealers, etc. I can't begin to count how many no-shows, non returned calls, broken promises, poor workmanship and let downs I have experienced over the years. From our first communication until the most recent, Nick has been very professional and has done what he said he would do when he said he would do it. If the weather got in the way he was quick to notify me and reschedule. He stayed in regular contact until all projects were finished to my satisfaction. Nick's Hi-Tech Pressure Washing did a fabulous job. They were professional in the initial estimate process. The representative was on time and also, very professional. They went above and beyond to clean my gutters, house, walkway, and patio. My gutters and house exterior look amazing, and who knew, I actually had a concrete walkway, until they cleaned it. Nick did is great job on our driveway. He sent me a quote, explained the process and materials he would be using and scheduled the time a date to be there. He pressure washed and scrubbed one day and sealed a few days later because of rain. He was very professional and communication was great. Kept in constant contact. I would definitely recommend Nick to anyone! He did my neighbor's driveway too!

I looked at several different companies before deciding to use Nick's Hi-Tech Pressure Washing. I came to the conclusion that they would do the best job for me, and now that work is done, I am convinced that I was right. Nick and company did an excellent job on my entire house, including the roof. I had used another company in the past on another house. There was no comparison in the final results. Nick’s soft wash process on the soffit and gutters was especially impressive. The way I look at it, your house is probably your single largest investment and consequently merits the best maintenance.

Nick did a GREAT job and our house looks so nice again. He has also pressure washed my neighbor and my sister's home and they were very pleased with his work. Great guy and I am sure we will be seeing him for our next house washing.

I have used Nick's twice in the last 2 years. He has met or exceeded my expectations each time. I had him clean my gutters, and he did a great job for a very reasonable price, they were very full of leaves and roof sand. A few months ago I had Nick's back to power wash my house, it was starting to get dinghy and look dirty. After the power washing, the house looked spotless and bright. I had him clean the gutters again this year and he charged me less than his quote, because he said they weren't that bad. I would highly recommend Nicks to anyone who asks.

Thoroughly responsive, got me on the schedule, followed through, even arriving early. The young man did a fabulous job, and it's great to have a good, reliable source. Until next year. . . LAST YEAR (2019): Nick is extremely nice and professional. He did a fabulous job removing all of the black mold (and there was A LOT). I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire again!

Nick is likable, honest, dependable and very knowledgeable. This is the 3rd or 4th time he has washed our house. We have had a great experience every time. The house was very dirty and now looks great!

All I have to say is wow!!!! I thought I was going to have to get the outside of my house painted but after Nick got done, I don't have to anymore . I was also thinking about replacing my back screen door as it was in bad shape but after Nick got done, it looks brand new. Awesome job, very professional, and definitely worth the money.
