Auto Hail Repair Group

I was referred to Brock with Auto Hail Repair Group by a coworker. I live in Little Elm so I would have never found them. I had a 10 day old Toyota tundra I just bought that got hit with a massive hail storm. When I took it in to Brock I explained how I just got the truck and I didn’t want to send it to a collision center for the conventional replacement of hoods, etc. He said he would do everything not to lay paint on my truck. He kept his word and the truck came back to me like it was when I drove it off the lot. Great company recommend to others who want quality work from a company that will back their repairs.

THIS place right here will change your opinion on salesmen and service. Our friends and I were out in our front yard hanging out and talking when Brock (the owner of the company, I believe) pulled up across the street from us. Just like most people we were thinking… “here we go with another salesman in the neighborhood”. But we were willing to listen and see what he had to offer (normally we tell them no thank you and go about our day). I am SOO glad Brock stopped by that day. We had a really bad hail storm back in June and it had me stressing on getting it fixed. I didn’t want to have to pay the deductible and it leave a hole burning in my pocket. I didn’t have to pay a single dime with these guys. First and foremost, they waived my deductible, the work they did on my vehicle looked amazing, and they even offered the most outstanding customer service. This day and age good customer service is very hard to find. These guys will always be my go to. I wish they offered more services so I would never have to go anywhere else for my car again!

Never in my life have I experienced this type of hands on customer service from start to finish. Upon making my initial phone call there was tons of communication between auto hail repair group,my insurance, rental car company and myself. I almost lost my vehicle due to a significant amount of hail damage but i expressed my concern and Shannon and Brock jumped into action. Not only making sure we could keep my vehicle but also taking the time to let me know i was not alone. You don't find honest,kind and dependable people like this. My car looks brand new and i know that they are as trustworthy as it comes! Thank you guys again!!!

In the end, I'm greatful I did, you and the Repair group did an amazing job. Gave me a rental, fixed the hail damage, and had my Tacoma back quickly. Currently working on another one of our vehicles and still have a rental. You guys Rock and I will send all my buddies your way. Before I forget thanks for bringing my truck back to life with an amazing wash and buff!! Bling Bling! LOL.

I don't know where to start. These folks at this shop are tremendous. We were really wary after another repair service at a different shop. Brock convinced us to just try them, they are local owned, local hired and his guys could use the work. We ended up letting them try after seeing all the good reviews. It was worth the worry. They literally went above and beyond for us. Had a really really nice rental, my vehicle was done in just about a week. Communication during that time was absolutely phenomenal. I got her back and she looked brand new, inside and out. No extra miles put on her, nothing taken from the inside, she's in better shape than how I let them take her. I promise if you use them, you will absolutely not be disappointed. We are their customers for life, will recommend to anyone needing work done.

Auto Hail Repair Group was fantastic!! Came to my home, helped me file my claim, and took my car. Never had to leave the house. The finished product was perfect. 10/10. Dudes used new replacement parts when the insurance company wanted used stuff. Stuff that had been pulled from "donor" vehicles. You want it done and done right? New parts? No leaks? Auto Hail Repair Group every time.

Great job by the guys at The Auto Hail Repair Group! I highly recommend them they were prompt, gave us a rental to use and when my car was returned there was no signs of damage and they fully detailed my car.

They are very easy to work with. They handled everything and hurried the service since I was only visiting for a short while. Dropped my car off, completed some paperwork with them, and I came back when it was finished. They were very friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone with hail damage on their car.

These guys are great. Marco really took care of us. They helped with the call to my insurance for the claim, brought a loaner car, took mine to their shop, and brought my car back when they were done. The whole process took a week and couldn't have been easier. They really do a great job. Thanks!

Great job and customer service! We got help in following up on each step while dealing with insurance company during hail damage investigation. Insurance had some doubts regarding payments which obstructed repair progress but service was done regardless postponed responses. These guys did a good job, met their commitments and really deserve A+ rate.

I really don't know if it is fair to post a review as an employee, however I was a customer first before I joined the Team at The Auto Hail Repair Group. I was working at the apartment community that Brock, the owner of The Auto Hail Repair Group, was living at. He noticed that I had some Hail damage on my Mazda, and he proceeded to ask me about it. Like most people I was apprehensive at first. I didn't know didn't know what to expect or how my car was going to turn out, but Brock proved his trustworthiness to me and I trusted him with my most valuable possession. Brock handled everything from start to finish. My car looked wonderful when she was returned to me. As a former customer I will recommend The Auto Hail Repair Group 100%. Thank you to Brock for working my insurance company, and thank you to Mark, the wonderful technician that brought my car back to life.

I didn't plan on repairing my car's hail damage, bc I assumed it would be a hassle, no matter which company I chose to repair it. Happen to run into a teammate of The Auto Repair Group @ a gas station. He promised to make it hassle free and their repair shop was not far from where I lived. Well, he definitely kept his word and went above and beyond. No money out of pocket for my deductible, they provided a loaner car, and they communicated with me throughout the entire process (less than a week). When I picked up my car, it looked phenomenal! No signs of hail damage and they had it completely cleaned. Would definitely do business with The Auto Hail Repair Group again!

My car had significant hail damage on the roof and hood. Auto Hail Repair team was able to repair without damaging the original factory paint. Very satisfied with the outcome. They worked directly with my insurance company and the overall experience was easy for me.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND CRAFTSMANSHIP EVER!!! I had just undergone surgery and returned home when it hailed the size of golf balls on my new 2017 Subaru Forester. The car was in the driveway as my family was going out to run errands for me. I had to let it go and knew I was not up to handling the claim, getting the car to my insurance carriers evaluation spot etc.... Within 2 days, CHRIS came and spoke with my mother about their repair shop. They brought me a rental, handled the insurance and waived my deductible!!!! All this while I was recuperating! They did all the work for me! The best gift was when I got the call to pick up my vehicle it looks better than the day I drove it off the lot and all I had to do was co-sign a check!
