I've got here an hour before my appointment, easy checking in, got a door right away, complimentary scale on the site. Overnight parking on the street. Good job.

Pulled up at 1230 for a 1300 appt. I was loaded and back through the gate by 1315. You must have at least one strap to get loaded and you have to go inside while they load you. Everyone was friendly.

One of the best companies I have worked for, yes you will work hard, yes you will miss breaks, yes there will be overtime and that is due to turn over. The work shifts are 12 hours that rotate every 2 weeks. The one thing I learned when I first started is learn how to keep your machines running, I learned that weedias will have grooves burned into them and cause the cord to break, so I would constantly check them and slightly rotate them to keep the cord from breaking. Once I learned how to keep the machines running, I was able to get my breaks, have a good lunch everyday while keeping my doff times in check and machines running at 100%. Pay was very good for the area when I worked here over 20 years ago. I would love to come back and work for this company.

Nice people at shipping office, dry van- do not expect to be under 44k loaded. If broker says otherwise do not believe him .

Based on an interview, and what I was told about working here. You will work 72 hours a week. Which leads to good pay, but not much time for anything else. People were nice to each other, but warn you not to work here while interviewing. Hard to raise kids. They do not allow you to wear a respirator even though you will cough up black stuff from all the metal in the air. Safety last. Some stuff only gets fixed after people get hurt.

We carried team load for this company, It was hustle and hot style due to the broker they were using to broker there load,
It was (Hester Diversified Investments, LLC) or Becker, Broker did not have any credit with no factoring company, We asked them to pay 50% up front since they have any credit, broker required so many paper work and so many pictures. We got abused on this load by the broker, After we deliver the load safe and sound on time. Broker short paid us and put us on Freight guard, while we are not holding no load from them, they refused to answer our calls or respond our emails. Shame on them

Please use different broker next time.
Supervisor Justin at receiver helped us at least get some of our money from the broker.

Absolute dump. Do not load here. They will load you over weight if you're lucky. If you're unlucky, they'll reject your trailer because there is 6" of scuff rail that's bent on the inside. And they'll treat you like a dog.

The worst place to work unless you enjoy being over timed to death for little pay or reward. If you enjoy showing up daily and on time for work without being written up on an audit. Do not apply here you won't get anywhere while those that miss days and mess up will move forward because they are fellow former inmates.

They loaded me 35,000 lbs on my drives. Came back and said they will not rework the load, its to customer spec.

Bekaert Rogers will overwork you and if you call in they will use your vacation with out permission to cover your missed day then tell you later you can’t take anytime off, then fire you and take your whole paycheck just to tell you that you used all of your vacation for the year when really only a small amount of it you actually planned the rest they used for you.
