Foothills Milling Cafe

I really enjoyed my visit today to Foothills Milling Cafe at its new location. I got the red pepper tomato gouda bisque and a bacon cheddar scone and both were excellent. They were very quick to get my order out as well.

I also got a cold brew. They had several different coffee syrups flavors available to choose from, including a few sugar free options.

They said they were serving a limited menu for now, but they had a large amount of offerings- it didn’t feel limited at all. I can’t wait to see what they may offer in the future.

I really hate to do this, I don’t want to really share this place with anyone. Why, cause they have the best sandwiches, desserts, and people in the whole world. Here’s what’s left after 5 minutes…that was the world’s best bologna sandwich.

I believe they're going to need a bigger boat. I got there at 11:30 for lunch. By noon, there was no place to sit. It's a nice place, good food, but it may have outgrown its location already. Not easy to find unless you know your way around town. Behind the strip center where Firehouse subs is located off Washington St.

The food is excellent but if I could make a suggestion… it would be great to offer some protein add-ons for wonderful salads (grilled chicken or shrimp would make a salad a compete meal). Looking forward to going back!

A+ on all levels. It is a celebrated addition to downtown Maryville. My sandwich was incredibly fresh and made with such tasty local ingredients. The tomato and gouda soup is a must try. The decor is beautiful, the restaurant spotless, and the employees were all so kind and efficient. I will be back!

I'm a picky eater... everything I have eaten from here has been amazing!

The turkey Pesto sandwich is fantastic and HUGE!! I did carry out for lunch but could have eaten on the patio too! Staff is so friendly, definitely will be coming back for dinner!!

THANK YOU for not only providing a few vegan options, but thank you for making them absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced!! We LOVED the vegan panini pressed grilled cheese, and both the savory and apple cinnamon crepes were so good👌. We will be back for sure.

Really delicious sandwiches and desserts. The takeout service was very quick. Prices are quite reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

Came in the middle of the day at 12:25 during “open” hours. Closed.
Edit: My mistake then. I went to the cafe down the hill, not the restaurant. It says on google the restaurant is closed and the cafe is open. I’ll update my rating, thank you for your reply

Ordered two sandwiches with sides to go, and the sandwiches were great but ruined by wasteful and environmentally hazardous plastic packaging that caused them to steam and get soggy by the time we got them home. Please consider switching to wax paper or (even better) compostable cardboard boxes. Again, the food and service were great.
