We spent Labor Day weekend here. Everyone was respectful, no loud parties, no obnoxious drunks, just a lot of families. So much fun!!!!

Taylor's Ferry is a Corp of Engineers park that is nestled on Fort Gibson Lake.
This area has plenty of wildlife, tons of geese right now, and the ever present gulls. There is great fishing and beautiful camping.
You can fish from your boat, the lake shore or boat dock.
There is always a Camp Host or volunteer around to help with any questions.
Clean private bathrooms, and beautiful campsites. There is a corner convenience store at turn off called Morgan's Corner, that carries almost anything you may need for your time on the lake.
Come visit one of Oklahoma's beautiful parks and our breathtaking lake.

Beautiful RV spots. We loved the water. Just be sure to wear water shoes! The rocks are all kinds of sizes and lots of them in and near the water. We will definitely be back soon.

The nicest core staff weve run into this summer! The spot was awesome with a great view of the lake. In fact there really aren't many spots you can't see the lake clearly since they are set up on layers of hills

We have stayed here a number of times and it has always been very nice. It's quiet and spaces are ample size and have adequate space between them. There are not a lot of "trails" to walk, but you can walk around a campground that is being worked on and see some pretty sites, water fowl and game. There is a fishing pier and boat dock. It's always nice to stay here.

Came down for memorial weekend and expected it to be like other campgrounds very packed close together with loud people drinking. We was wrong it's very gorgeous, camp sites are not so close, very quiet, plenty of shade, and bathrooms are nice. The people who live out there and run things are so friendly, very helpful, and do a wonderful job.

Best camping in wagoner on fort Gibson Lake. The camp hosts are very friendly people but not nosy. The other campgrounds around fort Gibson are nasty most the time but still the best In Oklahoma for the price

It was very secluded during the week. My first time to hammock camp... planning another trip back in 2-3 weeks. Beautiful sunrise and sunset as well as really good lake access. It is primitive now... no longer maintained by the Corp of Engineers but there are still tables and several sites to park vehicles and pitch tents or even self contained RV’s.

Spent a week here in a virtually empty park. The park is built on the edge of the lake. Sites were level cement with table and pads. The park has 30 & 50 amp sites with water. There is a dump by the bath house. The dump is hard to get into and built on a hill. The trees are trimmed roads are easy to get around on, just take your time. Host was great and we used a self pay box while we were here.

My husband and I camped there this past weekend with our camping group, we had a great time. The weather was wonderful, the camp host was very nice and helpful. The view of the lake was outstanding. It was very clean. We went to a nice family restaurant, the food wasn't that great., but I would go back to the campground in a heart beat.

Spent an extended Memorial Day weekend with friends, beginning opening day 2020. Large open camping spots, with water and power connections and big cement pads meant for RV camping, though I went primitive. Large mature trees, and very close to Fort Gibson Lake. The lake was high during this visit and was actually flooding a portion of the campground; I was able to launce my kayak from the campground.
Lower restroom building was row stalls, very stainless steel, with push button showers. Upper restrooms on the other hand were lockable single use bathroom and shower. The toilet in this bathroom has a seat and the shower in the upper bathrooms has temperature control too.
Being there opening day meant the well water for washing hands and showering had a high sulfur content/smell, though this dissapated within a few days of use.

Blissfully quiet the first few days, then the campground filled for the weekend. Super relaxing time spent, I could see returning.

I have been camping here for 16 years and I absolutely love this park. I've seen it grow up and have improvements done to it. Fort Gibson Lake is beautiful. The camp hosts are all very friendly, just make sure you know exactly what number your reserved site is, and always send a friendly wave to the window. The boat ramp is clear and it is easy to get into and out of, and there is a courtesy dock. There are public restrooms and showers. In addition to the older restrooms and showers, there is a shower house with 4 private rooms with toilet, sink, and shower all in each room.

Very quiet and peaceful. A few issues with the shower house but overall great experience.

Really really nice RecGov dot com. But, how about A/C in the showers for height of summer please, why you ask? It's so hot in there it's like showering on the planet Venus. But at least you're clean and the facilities are spotless. We love it there, been multiple times.
