Outstanding customer service! Bill came out on a Saturday and accessed an ongoing problem/leak we had at my daughter’s house. He was patient and informative explaining why what had been done in the past didn’t work and then offered a permanent solution. Once the repairs were done, I didn’t want to use a credit card because of the fee and because of extenuating circumstances, I was unable to drive out to the property to pay with a check. -So, Bill offered to meet my daughter at their business office before they even open so that my daughter could drop off a check and not be late for work! Outstanding job and price. -Also, the only plumber out of 4 that I called that also services clogged toilets. Thanks BK plumbing! It was a stressful time and you guys were awesome!

We had a disaster !!! We thought oh how hard could it be to unclog a drain 1st mistake. Then we went and bought our own equipment to so said task 2nd mistake and 700.00. We spent 6 hours trying to unclog this disaster 3rd mistake. I tell you all this back story in hopes it will help someone else not make the same mistakes we did. I called BK Plumbing (1st call) Bill answered the phone mind you I’m in a mess literally lol. He gives me a time of between 2&4 They showed up early Matt and Brandon were my techs and they were so professional and even had a sense of humor!! They explained everything they were doing and I appreciated that more than they know. The field manager Bill came out to assist them remember it was a disaster for us. Bill was very polite and professional he too has a sense of humor !! Remember we spent 6 hours trying to get this unclogged They had it unclogged and put the bathroom back together and even cleaned the bathroom . They put a new wax ring on & installed the toilet which I was not expecting !! I thought I would have to do all that . They had us fixed within 2 hours !!!!!! All this is going on while we are running a business yes in broad daylight. Because of them and I mean Matt Brandon and Bill we were able to continue working and helping our customers. I had the usual chaos breaks out on Holidays when you have company. But New Years eve morning, I called BK Plumbling and Bill answered. He heard my cries that I needed a rescue for backed up plumbing and was able to come within an hour and a half. I was fortunate to have a professional experienced plumber to come and resolve my issue. He was willing to talk me through solutions and didn't mind me seeing what took place. My house was respected and was left cleaner than when he came. He later told me over 24 folks were going to be at his house to celebrate that new years evening. You don't get better than that. BK Plumbing has been great to work with! They are very reasonable and professional. Bill came out and did warranty work even though it was slightly beyond the warranty date.

We had a leak between the meter and the house. BK moved quickly to get permissions and schedule replacement of the aging copper line with PEX. The crew was prompt, courteous and professional. There was no damage to the planting and they used the existing opening to the house. So we were very pleased. The price was quite reasonable for the work involved.

This is the best company I have ever worked for. You will not be disappointed working for this company. Owner is actually hands on and they have a great group of guys to work with.

At the end of 2022 we requested BK Plumbing to come out and inspect an outdoor waterline leak and pressure issues. Bill S. was the representative we dealt with. Bill was very knowledgeable and helped us with issue. He provided very good I formation about our system and what to do in the future for issues if we experience them. B K Plumbing came promptly to my rescue after the unusual minus degrees freeze in late December 2022. Due to a fully scheduled appointment book, Bill walked me through steps to troubleshoot my situation, thought to be frozen pipes. I carefully did all the steps, but was unsuccessful in restoring water to my house. After 24-hr. warmer temperatures and still no water I called their office again, and a plumber was dispatched almost immediately and determined the issue and restored water in a short time. The folks at B K are very nice and really care for their customers. Under my lists for service providers, this company has moved to the top of my list for plumbers.

Highly recommend these folks. Bill Stevens came out quickly to replace a shutoff valve that another (horrible) plumber broke. He also gave me detailed instructions on how to shut off my well safely, in case new owners don't occupy the house immediately. Wish I had known about BK Plumbing years ago, instead of having so many issues with other plumbers.

B K Plumbing has been a massive help to us getting our work in progress home in order. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. We love seeing how passionate they are to help people and we will continue to use them for all projects. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

Had BK come out and repair my water heater on a house I was selling. I initially spoke to Eric, who was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed based on the home inspection report. They were able to quickly schedule my appointment (I was on a tight time frame) and get the repairs done on the same day. I was very pleased with the service and price. Also, Kristen in the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with - very professional, polite and friendly. Would definitely use them for future needs and recommend them.

Minor plumbing issue (thank goodness) but BK Plumbing did a great job. Brad arrived first thing in the morning, quickly discovered the problem and had it taken care of in a little over an hour. He was very professional, friendly and cost was reasonable. Will call on them again.

I received excellent service from Bill both times he visited my house. He took time to complete the job correctly, then took the time to explain to me what he had done. He even gave me a tip to make my garbage disposal run more effectively. I will definitely use BK Plumbing again in the future!

We had a water heater located inside a closet that had to be replaced. Problem is that newer water heaters are larger than the ones made 12 years earlier. Bill had the perfect solution when coming out for the estimate, and we agreed to have BK Plumbing do the job. It was a masterful installation by both Bill and Andrew. We will be calling BK Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. I already e-mailed several friends about BK Plumbing. BK Plumbing has our highest recommendations. They were on time, professional, and do first-class work.

I had a leak that another plumber came out, looked for 2 hours, charged me $250 and found nothing. Sonny came out from BK plumbing, found the leak in about 10 minutes and had it fixed 15 minutes later for a reasonable price. I won't use anyone else. These guys are the best!

Bill gets my highest compliment and recommendation for excellent quality workmanship but more important to me was his compassion to take care of my 83 your mother's kitchen faucet. He was flexible with timing and incredible with follow up phone calls. Thank you Bill and BK Plumbing!

We needed leaky pipes repaired in our basement and called two places for estimates. One place sent a sales person and BK sent a plumber! We obviously went with BK for the work and so glad we did! They were knowledgeable, professional and left the space they were working in spotless! I highly recommend them knowing good plumbers are hard to find! We're so glad we found BK!

Had an estimate done and a sewage pump ordered with these folks few weeks ago.

On Easter Sunday, I was having issues with my plumbing backing up. I called Bill who did my estimate and he walked me through on what to check for and I was able to fix the clog on my own. He did this while at his Easter dinner. Bill was very patient and was more than happy to help.

Then for my pump install this week, not everything went as planned. Bill stayed late and didn’t moan or complain one bit. Very professional. He was adamant to make sure I was taken care of and the job was done right.

It turned out a bigger pump needed to be ordered and they got it in the next day. Bill came back, got the pump in and now I’m up and running once more.

Bill was a pleasure to work with. I didn’t meet the owner, but I’m confident that he ensured the logistics of the job were carried out properly and my system fixed correctly.
