I recently had the opportunity to attend a Funeral Director’s Summit. It was amazing! Our leaders with the collaboration of many peers put together an eye opening presentation. I took back home many fresh ideas, but most important the opportunity to commit and never give up! I had the chance to role played infront of my peers. Although stepping out of my comfort zone made me very, very, veeery nervous; it showed me I need to continue pushing to strive for excellence. We are committed to personally grow and serve our families in the best possible way. I’m humbled and honored to be a member of the North Star family. Thank you for investing and having faith in us! Great to work with, Very forward thinking company

I worked for them for almost 2years my car caught on fire in their parking lot while I was working so. I had a bit of problem getting back and forth for a week and was terminated and told by HR you getting back and forth is not our problem 9-26-23 so I try to file unemployment and they won't return calls or even attempt to give me my paystubs from March 17 2023 to 9-26-23 the ADP app they make you use won't update I've been asking for months even when I was still employed they wouldn't give the location I worked at was in thonotosassa Florida fixing to contact a lawyer,horrible nasty company and MGMT

Ordered a Casket Adornment for my wife's fathers service in Memphis Tn, what was there was a flower arrangement in a pot that was only half the size of what ordered and paid for, the Memorial Park funeral home tried to get it fixed with no luck talking to NorthStar Memorial Group about the issue. I would never trust this company again.

UPDATE: NorthStar Memorial Group contacted us to rectify the problem we had with the Casket Adornment, they were very helpful and apologized several times for the mishap. This is how a business should take care of customers at a time of sadness.

I wish I could have select negative stars. They dog out the GL Team and treat them like a sweat shop. NO work life balance AT ALL!!!! Run for the hills. Yikes! Never again. STAY AWAY!! Trust me.

Absolutely horrible experience with Smart Cremation, please do your research as I wish we had. They are inept at every level and 2 weeks later our precious Dad's body is still NOT cremated

Cambiaron el proveedor de pagos a Chase, y mandan una carta que a partir del día 5 de septiembre se puede pagar online, pero no ponen en la carta la pagina donde entrar a pagar, y en la pagina de NorthStar no esta la opción, llamo y no hay nadie que responda, solo dejar mensaje, o sea, una total desorganización esta gente.
