We stop every chance we get, when traveling toward Charlotte. Reidsville Mickey D's is great. The staff here is great. Managing staff 5*****

Breakfast steak bagal ,meat was tough, with geisel, poor cut of beef. Turn me off,and it my regular pick.

Food is always fresh and made fast.

They made a mistake on my order and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food in a curbside waiting area. Upon entering the restaurant to request a refund, the manager was extremely professional and apologized, stating that the food was taken to the wrong vehicle. She then issued me a full refund in addition to remaking the food at no cost to me. I really appreciated the gesture and customer service!

I went to teach the Podcast class with my partner Martin Brossman and we got greeted by the McDonald’s assistant manager Chimere. She gave us a five star service at a fast food establishment and that is really refreshing to see. Great job! I will be back to visit.

It's a Mickey D's on a major north to south artery so don't be mad when they ask you to pull up. If it's open it's busy.. but they always give you what you're supposed get. Do you want free Wi-Fi with that? You got it.

Service was quick and courteous. Our breakfast was delicious.

Great service. Fresh food at night. I did have a short wait for my order, but it wasn’t bad. I have started coming here because it doesn’t take a long time to get your order.

Their customers are a huge PIA this place deserves better than 3.2 stars! Best fries of any McDonald's in Wilson and beyond! Some days I just stop for fries and a coke and the drive thru staff is top notch!!!!

I decided to order through the app..Apparently the order went through to the location as regular not plain as I thought I told it. After they brought me my food to the car I noticed the burger wasn't plain and there were no fries in the bag with the combo.
I went in and explained the fries missing and burger supposed to be plain and they started remaking it for me. The cashier handed me a fresh bag with fries in it and I somehow sat the bag on the counter and knocked it over..10 seconds after he handed it to me. I felt embarrassed, but the staff was cool with it and one offered to assist with cleanup.
Again the cashier handed me fresh fries and I held the bag this time as to not make another scene. A minute later they handed me my burger just like I wanted and I left.

After getting home I opened the bags to find they also gave me an extra fry with the burger.

Customer Service is key and the team on staff tonight is on point! This is by far my favorite McDonalds to order from, especially in Wilson. I think this is the first time the order was ever wrong in any way but it was probably something I done on the app trying to order.

I girl that works there nasty attitude.

Today was a good day. Drive thru lines were busy. I was told they were having computer problems but it didn’t affect me at all. I got my food quickly, staff was friendly and food was hot!! Excellent!

Great McDonalds! Always have had a good experience here. We ordered a frozen caramel frappe and they gave us a hot one. They fixed this mistake quickly, and gave us the cold ones for free, as well as the warm ones. I appreciate their understanding and quick service. Noice place. 👍👌🍔🍟

I was just shown the best costumer service ever at a McDonald's at the driveway on 301 in Wilson North Carolina at about 6 o'clock, Saturday may 13th 2023

Go thru the drive thru every morning. This morning my cup had a hole in it, so drink filled my cup holder, when I picked it up I was covered In sprite ,
Along with my console, seat, steering wheel, floor, door panel. My pants were soaked. Turned around went in the store asked for a manager & some rags. While waiting a front line cashier commented to her customer, sure didn't want to start my day like this. Well NEITHER did I! The manager was the one that gave me the drink in the 1st place. She never spoke a word to me, called a guy from the back. He went out& helped me, very nice guy. What a sorry manager never offered me another drink or said I am sorry!! I will never go there again, I went every morning. Guess you lost another customer

Iced caramel coffee using the drive through was wonderful and the price was right

No one can beat Mickey D's prices or food. The service however depends on who is working at the time. The line gets clogged up only certain times of the day.

I love that desserts and a chicken sandwich but you can have some water burgers if you like and french fries they're good too
