Choctaw Campground

There are a number of different campgrounds in the state park, but the Choctaw one in my opinion is the best one. It's smaller than the others and has a gorgeous little lake view. It's right behind the horse stables and nature center.

Great newer campground. Camp host (Jim at this time) is very welcoming and keeps things picked up. Setting is quiet and after 4:30 or so all of the western sites get nice shade. Not far to the beach and the trail to the bathrooms/showers is nice. Would recommend! Very close to nature center, golf course, lodge, and riding stables. If lodge isn’t busy, they will even let you swim at the pool, just stop and ask the front desk each day. They will give you a pool key if they aren’t heavily booked.

This a beautiful park. Very well kept, clean and manicured. We watched the park maintainance pick up trash, cleaning and stocking bathrooms (every two hours) and the camp host was nice and informative. One of the most beautiful, clean and manicured state parks in Oklahoma.

This is probably the nicest campground in the whole park. Full hook ups, concrete pads, still close to the lake and hiking trails.

3rd visit now at the Choctaw camp site and would advise anyone using the 69 corridor thru Oklahoma to stop off here for the night or the week. Lots to do if you like state parks. Everyone has always been friendly even the camp hosts.

Stayed for 4 days around the 4th of July weekend. Campground was very clean and grass was mowed. Camp hosts were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. 50amp services and many pull-thru sites.

This place was awesome! The camp host were very nice and friendly! We had just the best time with our grand babies!

We love it here. They keep the park clean and mowed. Lots of trees and a lake to enjoy . We will be coming back in the fall.

Scenery is spectacular with paved pads, cement formed picnic tables and just yards from the lake.

This place is amazing!!! Concrete pads for motor homes or trailers, lots of beautiful walking trails, horse back riding, fishing. And beautiful scenery!!!

Great getaway!! Water was 87 degrees!! Too hot fishing jug lines. Never go again when it's that hot!!

Clean restrooms and I was very happy that the grass was mowed short enough that I did not have to worry about snakes.

Clean and friendly, with accessable sites and full hookups.

Choctaw RV area is spectacular! Clean, good access to the lake, golf course and lodge.

Very clean and well kept even the primitive areas. We come here often.

Awesome campsites, beautiful park !!!! Definitely coming back ASAP !

We are at Seminole. Some sites have sewer and some don't. Has a playground for grandkids
