IHOP

We dined in as a family of four. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time. We came during a rush and expected to take time to get our order. Our meal was delicious (Jalapeño Kick Burger x2). No complaints everyone was satisfied with their meal. We are returning customers. ☺

Wonderful, fresh-tasting food, and sweet servers who stepped up graciously to help a large-ish group that descended upon them unannounced! At previous visits, the service had often been slow, but the young ladies who served us were excellent this time. Very, very pleased with everything on this visit!

With only 1, ONE, young lady working as hostess, waitress, cashier and helping in kitchen where there was only one person, I would still recommend eating there. It was an excellent experience in all areas..I wish I could remember the young lady's name. She deserves a raise and to be considered for management of she isn't already.

Overall a great experience.
Staff is polite and helpful.
Food was tasty and well made.
Front door needs repairs, it really bangs on entry, but other then that good.
They are hiring and are short staffed, so it is Taking a bit longer, but not by much.
Will be making this my go to breakfast / quick food stop.

I went with my some of my family and we just had the best time! The service by Erica was absolutely fantastic! She was amazing; she constantly refilled our drinks, gave us all so much attention and we really appreciated it. She had the nicest attitude about her. We hope when we come back that we have the pleasure to have her. The food was also delicious; everyone was happy with their meals and drinks. All of our orders were above and beyond on what we expected. We can’t wait to go back!

It's a good store just be careful at night be safe & be patient it's late they are serving minimum of customers while closing for the night with a low staff like 6 people working until closing they'll give you great service & great food Ina timely manner ordered a chocolate chip pancake & a cheese burger with seasoned fries & a diet Pepsi

this visit ( our second one here) was much better...I got the country fried steak , with eggs, Pancakes and hashbrowns and my Wife got the split decision...the food was good...our server was attentive and very friendly ( Hailey)..we were seated right away and she took our drink orders within minutes...the only complaint I have , and it's been a " thing" for as long as I can remember at I-Hop ( and many other breakfast places) is the butter is like a rock...trying to spread it just destroys your pancakes ( or French toast or toast).!!...there has to be a better way I-Hop. !!! so , chop chop, figure it out !!!😁....other than the butter issue, we have zero complaints.

We visited the Mooresville IHOP! The food came out so fast! The server Gabi was amazing, she remembered my order from the week before. This is our new Saturday morning breakfast spot!!!!

We came in on 4/1/23 at 11pm. We had an amazing time. Food was great! Service was fast, fresh and delicious! Our waitress was Erica and she did an amazing job! She was on top of things and fast and very polite! She worked her butt off!!!

Good place to lunch or take breakfast. The pancakes are delicious. Last time I tried the tilapia with mashed potatoes and onions rings. The service was awesome too.

Just happened across this new but small IHOP in Indian trail NC on bus.74!! Was so impressed with the food and service.

Great Atmosphere VERY Clean New and Fast! Went in on Mother's day at 11:40 and NO WAIT for a table! I WAS AMAZED. My wife had Crepes new on the menu. There were many organic items available and surprisingly above the bar service. Now if they could watch my kids in another room I would pay twice!

Great place for breakfast near Monroe. Took my grandson to breakfast and we had a wonderful time. The menu has more items then I knew.

It was very clean the service was very quick and the food was unbelievably good

It was the day after Christmas and we didn't know what to expect as far as the service was concerned. And they were short on staff but that did not interfere with our friendly waitress. The coffee was there when we needed it and as usual the food was great.

My favorite restaurant... I always get my favorite meal. The staff is always friendly & the food is always good

Dirty but good food?!? There is always debris all over the floors. Constantly appear understaffed. Food is consistently good though.

I'm not sure why others had a negative experience, but I was a bit cautious going into IT IHOP after reading reviews.

My experience was completely different. We were seated within a couple minutes, our waiter came to take drink order almost immediately. He gave us a few more minutes to look over the menu and decide on what we wanted.

My son ordered chicken and pancakes and he liked it. I ordered a pancake stack and a side of hashbrowns.

Special requests were made for extra ranch and extra butter as well as an extra plate (to set pancakes on from the stack). Which were brought to the table promptly.

Food was brought in a timely manner and it was hot and fresh.

Toward the end of the meal a to go order was placed for the 2 eggs (scrambled was chosen), 2 meat (bacon was chosen), hashbrowns, and toast meal. It came out hot and fresh nicely stacked in a to go container.

When a to go container was requested for remaining pancakes from the pancake stack meal that weren't eaten a container was promptly brought out.

Our waiter was very polite. He was a young gentleman maybe late teens. He was attentive to our needs as well as the couple tables near us. He came to the table several times to see if anything else was needed.

He brought the check in a timely manner. When he saw his tip he was very thankful, but he more than earned it. If I could have tipped more I would have (not that it wasn't a decent tip).

It was fairly late in the evening. It wasn't slammed, but it wasnt empty either.

The restaurant itself looked clean. The only thing I would've changed was the music. 😂😂 New country, but it doesn't matter (and doesn't change the positive experience) because my kiddo I took out to eat was chatting away and we enjoyed the entire dining experience.
