Haven't needed an auto shop since moving to the area and glad I found Red Rock the first time I needed one. Phone is answered quickly and was able to get me in next day. Took my Outback in for evaluation. They were able to confirm the issue and received a very reasonable quote.

Truly amazing family oriented people. They are always no matter the day or time very understanding and great with communication. The people here not only work hard and have good energy, but they do a really good job at what they do and know what they are doing. I’ve been an Indian Trail native for twenty years and this is the only place I ever want to go to. I cannot say enough kind words about this place, and Dan. It is a hidden gem. The work ethic is top notch. They do their best to not hold you up, but at the same time make sure it is right!
I have such a hard time believing the review left earlier could be accurate. I have been here a couple of times, and never met with anyone rude. Always professional and courteous. You will not be disappointed if you visit. Also, I will continue to recommend Red Rock to everyone I come in contact with. If only other business would follow suit, the world would be a better place.

I never have to worry about being cheated or overcharged at Redrock Automotive. Dan is one of the most honest people I have ever met and he owns and runs the business. The work is always quality and priced lower than anyone else. I use their repairs for as many services as they provide because I trust their work and integrity. I was in need of having my clutch replaced, a fairly big job that requires a high level of expertise. Not only did they deliver in a timely manner that exceeded my expectations but did so with strong communication and all at a competitive price. I couldn't have expected more and would highly recommend this shop to all curious customers

Took my car in this morning thinking I needed a new battery. Spoke with Dan, the GM, who had his guys pull the car in and check it out. Turns out, it was just a loose connection, which they fixed for no charge. They also tested my battery to determine if it was actually bad, and advised me it wasn't necessary to replace it at this time, but it would probably need to be replaced in the next 6 months or so.

It would have been really easy to not say anything and just take my money, but Dan and his team showed the kind of honesty and integrity I appreciate. When I do need a battery, I'll be coming back. Thanks to Dan and the team at Red Rock Automotive!
