Arby's

Nice and easy transaction. Got the food correctly and was treated nicely by the young man who was behind the counter. Fast and accurate.

I'll be honest, when I got to the drive thru at 140pm, and saw the line, I expected terrible service, slow, and definitely not a good attitude in site.
I was SOOOO WRONG! The line moved very fast. Took less than 5 mins for me to order and then get to the window. The drive thru girl was very friendly and helpful. Even asked for an extra bag to split 2 combos. She went to the counter came back, and held up 2 bags and asked which I wanted. Never felt like she was in a hurry, but she was still fast and efficient. Noted 100% sanitation rating on window too! Such an improvement from YEARS AGO!

Arby's is constantly good in Albemarle. The dining room is fairly clean on most occasions. The restrooms are not unkept. The access to the parking lot from the highway is quirky. Your atder is prepared fresh and fast on most occasions.
Try the Arby's cheeseburger. It's tasty. Their other selections are good, too.
I pay about $10 for a drink and sandwitch with no sides.
This Arby's location is one of only a few fast food places in town that I recommend.

We had an issue with our order last night. By the time we arrived home to eat dinner, the store was closed. I called today (next day) and spoke with the manager, Mindy. She was very professional and genuinely listened to my complaint. She fixed the situation immediately and renewed my faith in Arby's! Because of her, I will continue to be a long-time customer.

very nice and clean, I was very impressed with the Arby's and they have a sanitation score of 100! I can see why. this manager and staff take pride in their restaurant. Thank you! I was traveling and passing through. What a delight!

I love Arby's especially this one. The Arby's in Albemarle is oddly one of the best. The food is always good and the service is usually really good. The only time I ever have a problem is with other customers. The business itself is outstanding. I often ring the bell on my way in and when anyone says anything I tell him that I know it's going to be good. They deserve all the stars I can give and two thumbs up.

Absolutely loved it Mindy is so wonderful she makes you enjoy going to Arby's and seeing her pretty smile she honestly cares about people and that makes it enjoyable to know that other people do care may God blessing Arby's and I hope they do nothing but prosper

Very clean, fast, with friendly staff. Some tables are marked to keep distances but still have plenty of seats.

The people working here were very nice. The girl helping us put a bunch of napkins and every kind of condiment in the bag even though we didn't ask for any. She made sure it was in there in case we needed it. The drive thru was pretty quick. The food was nice and fresh. Will go there again, maybe tonight!

Fast food Turkey wrap was delicious

Clean. Recieved order quickly. The workers were friendly and had really happy dispositions. I ordered the 'two beef -cheddar sandwiches for $6' special. I was surprised at how large the sandwiches were for that price. It tasted great. The whole experience exceeded expectations by a long shot. I'm really looking forward to my next visit.

Grabbed a quick snack on the road

Zack waited on me. He was very polite and professional. I was very happy that I got to eat inside. I don't like drive thru's. Because it takes me a little time to make up my mind and I don't want to inconvenience people waiting in line behind me. It was clean and I liked the overhead music and loved that they had fox news on the tv. Very pleasant experience.

The food was good, especially the new Buffalo chicken sandwich. It is a little spicy but really good chicken white meat and thick. Even though there was a crowd, the service was reasonably fast and the nice woman who waited on me was exceptionally pleasant. Very much above my expectations based on othet Arby's locations.

Wonderful customer service as soon as i pull up to the speaker right off the bat i was greeted “good evening thanks for choosing arbys we are glad you are here what can i do for you today” her name was michele and she was very friendly she asked me how my night was going and she tried upselling my combo to a large and i told her no thanks because we werent really hungry both ranch and ketchup were places into the bag upon request and the staff was overall friendly fast and customer service is outstanding only complaint was the food was stone cold :(

I just love the food. Sometimes the drive through cashier just throws the food at you and she spilled my large cup of tea all over me. Because she didn't give me time to get a hold of it. But I will not stop coming because I love the food. I am there at least 4 days a week. Thank you 😊

First time ever eating Arby’s and at the end of August ‘22 and few weeks later all we can say is that the customer service and food has been great!

This location is so much better than the one at home.
The service was great and the food was delicious.
The sanwiches had meat in them, not mostly bread.
Will definitely stop here again.
