First on raceday and first at car lots. They do whatever it takes for you to drive away in your dream car. I am sure if they don’t have it they can get it or may already have it. Don’t be scared to let them know what you are looking for. After our test drive we finished the papers and they were removing the sale stickers and putting on the 30day tags in under 15min. I am sure not all sales are so simple but ours was. We will definitely be buying all cars from here now. Even new cars we have decided to let someone else take that loss of driving it off the lot and losing thousands of dollars. We will just get the team at Quality to locate what we are looking. Best experience ever. Good credit , bad credit let them see what they can do for you. Quality is the perfect name cause all cares are top notch. This is a wonderful family owned business. They even took the time out of their vacation to answer anything.. you can tell that everyone there is like family and they are treated as family. Bought a car from here last year, it was older and had over 100k miles on it. I was nervous being I had never bought a car with high mileage. The car has not had one issue and has been a great investment! Got a great deal for our money & the staff was very helpful & easy to work with. Would def recommend buying a used car here. Highly recommend. Great down to earth people to deal with, who will keep their word. I found an older duramax I wanted and paid a deposit for them to hold it for 2 weeks until I got back from work. My wife & I flew from MS to NC where the owner picked us up from the airport. We spent hours looking over the truck without anyone hovering over us, which was a major relief because we could communicate about different aspects of the truck. The deposit initially paid for the hold went towards our down payment, & we are currently driving 14 hours back to MS now. Even with several other customers begging for this truck, they still kept their word until we made a definite decision. We will keep this family owned business in the back of our minds when we’re looking for more vehicles in the future. We cannot thank them enough for making this deal as easy as possible.

In the past 3 years my family and I have purchased an '08 Scion tC, an '05 Chevy Colorado, and recently a 2012 Chevy Suburban. This is a classy lot that offers eye catching vehicles that will run for a long time! The customer service is awesome, and we never leave unimpressed! My scion is hitting on 250,000 miles and I still haven't had any problems with it and neither has the Colorado or Suburban shown any issues. Quality, you have us Davis family's business. You guys are the best in town.

Recently purchased a used truck from quality preowned. My husband was after a very particular vehicle, and can be rather picky on wear items/care. Couple of the things we liked: Dealership is clean inside and out. All trucks listed for sale are ready to drive off the lot, and a no pressure attitude. In our case, we were very impressed with vehicle condition, and the asking price was fair given the market. We were able to negotiate a price both parties were happy with, and were out the door in well less than an hour after the handshake. They also let us leave an extra vehicle on their lot for a few days while we sorted out pickup. Would absolutely recommend.

I've gotten two cars from here. They are the absolute best. Very nice here, family oriented and really wanna get you a good car for a great deal. I have no complaints. Whenever I want a car this is where I'm going, and so should you.

We just bought our 2010 Toyota Venza from them and it was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. We've been searching for a Venza since July and all the other dealerships from Raleigh to High Point just want to sell you anything and get commission. Not this business, it simple and genuine. On top of that, they recommend the State Farm Insurance Agency to finance the car and they actually brought the check to the dealership so we didn't have to make and extra stop and it was on a Saturday! I am definitely going to send my friends and family to this place.

I have purchased two vehicles in the last year. Both where amazingly clean and passed inspection by my personal mechanic. Let's face it buying cars is always risk because no one has a way to tell how long a car will last. Buying from a place with friendly people, that don't try and pressure you into a sale make it a lot easier. I would refer anyone there.
