I have purchased a truck and recently a 2015 Toyota RAV4. The process was seamless as he took our Honda CRV on a trade-in with a fair price and the RAV 4 was detailed and fixed to perfection. I have known Arturo for 4 years since we moved here and his landscaping business on our property is as good as Prestige Auto. He is upfront and professional in his businesses. Dealing with Arturo is way better and less stressful than dealing with a dealership. My wife and I highly recommend him to meet your auto needs especially for a good reliable auto for students first car.

Arturo is the best! 10/10! He's kind, considerate, and sells high quality vehicles for a reasonable price. There is a reason his reviews are stellar. My wife and I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra from him six weeks ago. We haven't had a problem at all with it yet. We've already taken a few road trips and the mpg is excellent. My wife got in a wreck a year ago. Times have been tough and it took awhile for us to receive our settlement check in the mail. This was the perfect car she wanted. And Arturo held it for us a few extra weeks after I told him our situation. Our settlement kept getting delayed and he was patient to work with us out of the pure kindness of his heart when he had nothing to gain from holding it. He even changed the battery for us a day before we bought it cause he knew it was getting weak. It was the original battery that made it over 50,000 miles. Again the prices are fair. They are cheaper than big car lots but not suspiciously cheap either. Just good, honest deals. I drove 2 hours away and it was 100% worth the trip back and forth a few times (the first to check it out before we had all the money, another time to put a deposit, and again to pick it up afterwe got our check). He is a decent man who is diligent about what cars he sells. They are all clean with good track records, no lemons. I would definitely buy from him again. It's worth the drive of a few hours if he has something you're interested in. He'll make sure the car is dependable to the best of his knowledge and ability and get you a good deal. We are so thankful for our car we got from Arturo. He's trustworthy and reilable. May God bless the good work he's doing!

The best car buying experience I've ever experienced. Arturo was exceptionally nice, knowlegable, accomodating and fair. He went out of his way to get me in a nice reliable vehicle and at a good price I could afford. I will definitely be calling him when I'm ready for another vehicle.

Today I bought a car from Arturo Cortes of Prestige Auto in Sylva NC. What a wonderful experience! Let me tell you why. First he posted the car on local facebook pages and I saw it within 20 hrs of his post. I contacted him right away because it was a pristine car with low mileage for a very reasonable price. I wanted to come see the car right away but he said no, that he wanted to have the brakes checked so it would be in the shop. We set a date to see it for friday morning (today!) After scouring a 150 mile radius of Franklin for potential cars this was the best car for the best deal. So I called him from work thursday to say Im going to buy this car. I want this car. I will be there as soon as I get off work friday morning and can make the drive to sylva with $15,000 in cash. He had so much interest in this car that he felt the need to call me back to doublecheck that I was serious. I was. We talked about the price - I had a complete total of $15,000 cash. He was asking for $15,000. I figured Id offer him$14,000 and use to extra $1,000 to pay for tax, tag and title or offer him $15,000 if it included tax, tag and title. Then he told me he had paid for $900 worth of repairs to the car. Fair is fair good sir!! $15,000 it is!! And I am beyond thrilled with my new car! Anyone in the market knows how rare it is to find a 2013 Honda Civic with only 80,000 miles on it. AND for it to have amazing aftermarket add ons! My favorite part of my transaction with Arturo was the integrity he showed in honoring my first contact with him about the car even when he was bombarded with offers. Integrity is everything. He made sure this car was the best it could be for the new buyer to the tune of $900. Thats pure profit loss….but he did it. Integrity. I could not possibly recommend Arturo more if I tried. I am very happy with my experience with him. And even more happy with my new car!!!

I could not be happier with my car and the buying experience we had dealing with Arturo. I found his listing on line and was 3 hours away. He patiently answered every question. He provided us with all the paperwork needed . (which was a little different because we are in GA). He was honest and dependable. We made 2 trips to NC from GA and I would text him when we were 20 minutes away. He would be there waiting on us. (usually jamming to the music in MY car) AMAZING experience. We will be in the market for a truck soon. He's the guy I will be dealing with!!!!!
