I purchased a 2017 ram 1500 from autostar of sylva. Absolutely love my truck. Its everything I was wanting and more. Luckily got an extended warranty from Ian and it took care of an issue I was having with my side mirror not actuating properly. Highly recommend Juan (my salesman) and Ian the store manager. I recently relocated to Sylva and opened up a Cold War Exhibit in downtown. I was in need of a new vehicle right away after mine unexpectedly expired. Car shopping is very time consuming and stressful. I was greeted very kindly after sending an information request. I work until 5, so was happy the Autostar in Sylva is open until 7pm. Juan Rojo greeted me upon my arrival with a smile that immediately took the stress away. I explained I needed a truck or SUV due to my height and activities. We drove what is now my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I really liked the car. I completed the credit application and the next day Juan called to congratulate me by noon. Some places you can be there all day. My entire experience was very professional, efficient and included in my car was an extended warranty and some oil changes and perks. That took the stress out of buying a used vehicle. The payment was affordable to my needs and I cannot say thank you enough to Juan and the entire Autostar team that assisted me in the process. I also received a follow up call asking about how I was enjoying the car. Juan also gave me the number and location for any service I may need in the future and instead of being dismissive...asked me if there was anything else I needed and told me to feel free to give him a call or stop by if I did. Thank you so much for being so kind, understanding, and taking the stress out of the entire car buying experience in such a quick time. I also appreciate the high level of integrity and sense of community I felt and still do feel.

Kendra managed to make an experience that I anticipated to be stressful and difficult one that I thoroughly enjoyed.
