There were a couple of delays that pushed my purchase process back, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of! I purchased a Nissan from East main and it was a sweet little ride! He definitely has some nice vehicles, of course this is a used car lot but they all seem to be in great shape as I looked! Some people complain about rust, as I looked underneath many and they looked perfectly fine, most are local trade-ins according to car fax. I have had plenty of past mechanic experience and these vehicles seem to be taken care of! My experience was great.

Everyone I know including myself feels anxious when buying a vehicle. But this experience was wonderful. They offered me more for my trade-in truck then KBB suggested and discounted the used 2016 F-250 I was buying very reasonably. After we came to terms on the price and the deal was concluded both the business owner and I discovered some issues that the previous vehicle owner had caused. Alan who owns the business went out of his way to take care of these items that needed replaced and repaired even though we had shaken hands on a price. He also paid for things I was planning to do myself and then offered his discount at various suppliers for a few maintenance and after market items I wanted. He spent hundreds of dollars after our deal was concluded. He easily could have said that I owned those problems now. The truck is great and dealing with E Main St Auto was an excellent experience. I have poor credit and was desperately in need of a used vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with the owner's' response to my situation. He was fair minded. There were no gimmicks or high pressure demands as I had anticipated. The pricing on the vehicle was fair and in alignment with the bluebook value and he was willing to negotiate on the price. He was available for all questions even 3 months after purchase. I have never purchased a vehicle new or used in any other state that has had this kind of customer service. I would highly recommend this small local business.
