The lady was working alone because the other lady lost her father, & she had like maybe 8 ppl lined up. She not once tried to rush anyone. She made everyone feel like they were the only customer. She was great. When we left we were smiling & so was everyone else. I do wish I could remember her name. She was great.

I will always go to this store from now on. The lady that helped us was so smart and helpful. We had an all day adventure but she made it so much fun.

Had a issue with my phone and took it by the store and they had it fixed very quickly... not being the most tech savvy person in the world it is lucky we have a store local with employees willing to take the time to help understand what the issue is.

Went in to the store to get 2 new phones and there was one girl, Tiffany, running the place by herself and there were 5 customers needing assistance and she was able to multi-task and take care of all of us at one time. Tiffany was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we were all taken care of. As a former retail wireless salesmen I was very impressed with how she handled everything despite the fact that she was by herself with multiple customers.

First I'd like to say how amazing Brittany is. She use to work at the Mocksville Location and my family has followed her here. She took ownership of an issue that her previous manager Tiffany had caused. Brittany is always so kind, courteous, and patient. Brittany is the only reason I will still shop or visit any of your locations. I went in a few weeks ago and she was crying. She apologized to me as she wiped her tears away. She stated that she was going through a difficult time, but regardless she was always happy to help. She put a smile on her face even though I could tell the pain she was in. I hope Brittany is valued at this company. Brittany is an employee that is hard to come by.

Jenna was awesome! She spent lots of time handling my unusual situation and was very pleasant to deal with! Got me back on track and I walked away happy.

Tanya is great at her job to fulfill your/our every day needs, wants, and desires, she's not a paycheck employee, she did her job today sufficiently and delicately, she's a great representative and store manager, On a personal level I
enjoyed working with her today!!;

Alyson met us as we entered and was very helpful finding what I needed (car charger). She was polite, friendly, and made us feel appreciated as customers. Will definitely use the Yadkinville location again.

Went into this store because the corporate store in Winston Salem is a joke! I amSso g glad we went to this location. I can't say enough about Tayna and Tiffany for all their top notch assistance! Not to mention all the questions they answered for my non tech savvy self.

Tiffany Kidd was the lady I worked with. She was very professional and showed great knowledge about the services and cellular devices. I am very pleased with the customer experience I received at Russell Cellular of Yadkinville and I would recommend Associate Tiffany Kidd to anyone.

I came in to pay my bill today and The only person I have worked with for a year now has been Tiffany. I followed her from the yadkinville store to the mocksville store because she is the best and the sweetest. She informed me that this would be my last time seeing her. That she would be leaving the company as of the 12th. IDK what happened but I will not be coming back to russell cellular anymore. The only reason I used this company over corporate was this young lady! I am personally very upset with this news and will let my friends and family know as well. I just want to let everyone know that this company is losing one of the best you can find. So if you have anything you need taken care of, go see Tiffany before the 12th!

Good people, however you can tell they are not as well equipped as Verizon retailers. Usually having to make a call to get their system fixed or updated every time you walk in. Otherwise great store.
