Hats off to the team a this Hilton property (A+)! The rooms were super clean and the adjoining rooms came in handy with the grandkids in tow. Folks at the front desk were very helpful professional and kind, especially the young lady working the evening shift on 8/9/2024!!! The folks in the breakfast area were great as well! This is our third stay in 4 years and the property and it's 10 minutes from Sliding Rock and Looking Glass Falls! We'll be back!

The staff were all friendly and Paula who was in charge of breakfast greeted and made sure we enjoyed the meal. Front desk was very pleasant. This was our second stay at this hotel and will not be our last!

Right next to Walmart, went in to ask about group rates for our wedding in September. Shauna was very helpful and the manager there were amazing and got us booked for rooms and private room of need be. Great for groups or anyone needing a room.

Best experience, stayed here multiple times for weekend vacations. Really good breakfast too!

I was hesitant to book this Hampton after reading the reviews that were 2 or 3 stars, but our one night stay 1/21-22/23 was excellent: 5 stars!

We got the last king bedroom on the first floor. It was modern looking, clean, and spacious. We liked the closet against the back wall, with a curtain to hide it. We had lots of lights: desk lamp at desk area, free standing light behind the easy chair/table, bedside lamps on either side of the bed, and a hall light. The bathroom had good lighting, and a night light. We liked the amenities in the bathroom: lotion, make up remover packets, shampoo, conditioner, bath oil and soap.

The bed was super comfy, with soft sheets and comforter. We had 4 huge pillows. The TV was good - no problems with using it, and enough channels to watch at night and in the morning. I liked the jacket/pants hanger by the front door.

Breakfast was delicious! On 1/22/23, Paula was in breakfast area, cleaning and helping patrons. She filled up the orange juice when Husband discovered it was empty. He had the sausage biscuit, biscuits and gravy (“Don’t know what’s in the gravy, but it’s good!”), and 2 waffles. He enjoyed it all. I had the cranberry juice cocktail with 2 Raisin Bran cereals with nonfat milk & banana and an English muffin with sugar free strawberry jam. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast, too. The selections for food and drink were plentiful. This breakfast had plentiful and varied offerings from 6:30 to 9:30AM, and the front desk had breakfast take out bags, too!

Check in and check out was easy. I could have done both on my smart phone, but I like the human interaction. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

For me this is a perfect hotel. It's located right where I would want it to be. The service is very comfortable, neither too much nor too little attention. The rooms aren't spectacular but they're way beyond acceptable. Our room is not shabby, though not over luxurious. It's perfectly clean. The breakfast are wonderful, different options each day but always bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt and my favorite, waffles. Some days are scrambled eggs, or omelets, sausages or breakfast burritos, biscuits & gravy, and more. Breakfast is one of my favorite meals so this is great for me.

Everything about our stay for one night was exceptional. We were in town to visit friends, on 2/21/23. When we arrived, we felt welcome. We entered our room and it was clean and modern looking. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep after a 12 hour road trip. In the morning, we had breakfast in a large area, and Paula was busy cleaning up & replenishing food and drink. We had lots of cold and hot breakfast choices. We got on the road feeling full and well rested. We will be back!

Mountain biking friendly. We brought our bikes through the lobby and up the elevator, No one commented. Bikes were fairly clean after a dry conditions 20 mile trail ride at DuPont state forest . Service was good, breakfast was standard hotel fare. Rooms were clean.

The Japanese restaurant in the adjacent shopping center was quite good, but is closed Tuesday night.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. Great location for hiking, biking and climbing.

We stay at many Hamptons, the girl that checked us in was awesome. The room smelled good and was clean. Many choices for breakfast. I would stay here again. I recommend.

Location is very convenient to those going to the falls in mountain Pisgah. Clean, cozy, with good breakfast. I like it for a short one night stay. Front desk is friendly.

Nicest and just friendly and helpful staff you're ever gonna find. Fair rates and nice rooms. What butter do you want from a hotel?

They are upgrading the rooms and hallways. It's very nice. I really appreciated that they put a bulletin on their website letting people know they are remodeling in case they didn't want to mess with it. They were putting down carpet during the day right outside my door and it wasn't a problem. It's very quiet at night. They were very helpful when I asked about the waterfalls. The construction guys were very nice too. A very good stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Stopped on the way to Florida, good, clean rooms, and spacious bathroom. Near restaurants, fairly priced and free breakfast was pretty good, fresh waffles, eggs, bacon cereals and other cold options and fruit. Would definetly stay again.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was immaculate and updated. Service impeccable. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel tucked up in the trees on a hill. Stayed two nights and everything was clean. Didn't feel the need to hover over the flooring in the room. Good variety for breakfast. Some restaurants within a half mile. Will go back another time as I really like the area.

This hotel was in the prettiest location! It was clean and all the amenities were there and we had a wonderful stay! Good complimentary breakfast. We arrived on my birthday evening and the 2 young ladies at the front counter made me fresh sugar cookies-- very very sweet staff, it was a wonderful stay! Great location to see all the local parks, waterfalls and blue ridge pkwy!!

Although it was very expensive oh, and they told us that we got the last room, it was worth every penny as the beds were exceptionally comfortable the bathrooms were very clean, they provided coffee in the room which was an extra Plus. The continental breakfast the next day was amazing, the gentleman that worked it was incredibly Pleasant and very helpful even going back and getting a tray for me to help me carry our food up. Pancake machine after hiking all week it was amazing the pancake machine is the best thing ever! Don't ever get rid of it! The girl Taylor that checked us in was very pleasant. Thanks!

This hotel is located in an area where can walk to your choice of eating, shopping and adult beverage purchases if you like. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast, even though it was grab and go, was tasty. Coffee is plentiful for us coffee drinkers and there is a quaint convenient store for snacks and beverage if needed. The location is easy to get to and visible off the road. Very nice hotel to plan your stay.

Nice clean spacious room. Clean spacious bathroom with good fittings. Also, the room had a microwave and fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast was also good. When I couldn’t manage to find a car to go someplace urgently, the owner gave a ride too. One minor thing is that there was no laundry facility.
