Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brevard – City Center, an IHG Hotel

I don’t often review hotels, but I had to for this one. Everything was pretty good, nothing exceptional…..until breakfast time. This place has one of the best breakfast options of any hotel I’ve been to. The food was good and plenty of options for anyone! Amazing.

Really nice 2 year old hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and large. I didn’t find anything that was broken. There wasn’t much road or neighbor noise. The a/c didn’t keep the room cold while we sleep and the mattress was a little hard. The breakfast is the traditional frozen/heated items. Overall we would stay here again.

Originally booked our stay at the Hampton Inn Brevard, but once checking in and finding cockroaches in our room, we left immediately. Went down the road to the Holiday Inn and relieved to find vacancies. Right away the staff was so friendly and lobby was clean and spacious. Our room was much bigger than at Hampton Inn and so clean! They had Dove toiletry products stocked in the bathrooms which was a nice surprise. K-cup machine, microwave, and refrigerator were all in the room also. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and breakfast buffet was top notch for a hotel breakfast including veggie egg white omelettes, biscuits and gravy, and delicious fresh cinnamon rolls. The coffee bar was great too. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Brevard.

This is a newer holiday Inn express, very clean top notch! Wonderful bed, slept great!, Plus an awsome breakfast!

This place really knocked it out of the park. The front desk staff were amazing, shout out to Megan! The hotel amenities were all great, the breakfast had tons of options, the pool was decent and the rooms were clean. Bed was great and the products they use in the bathroom were quality.

This was probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. It was new and modern and very clean. It was a great price & even included breakfast. I recommend it highly and would stay there again. The staff was also very pleasant.

Hotel is clean and new. Check-in staff was very friendly and recognized me right away as a Diamond member. Will definitely stay here again!! Now it isn't the Ritz-Carlton but neither are the prices. Bed was comfortable, pillows are great too. I didn't try the breakfast.

This place was absolutely amazing. My daughter and I drove in from Florida and arrived around 4am. Our room we had already reserved at a different location did not have a check in time until 3pm that day. We were exhausted. We called and spoke with Dave who was not only kind but helpful and he was able to get us in one of the last rooms even considering it was New Years. The room was beautiful and clean and the view was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. We had the best sleep I’ve had in years. I 110% recommend this location for a short or extended stay.
As an added perk they offer free breakfast and Starbucks and Dunkin are right in front of the hotel. Would stay here every time we visit!!!

Appears to be a fairly brand-new hotel, that is well maintained. The staff are very courteous, and the breakfast was decent.

This place was absolutely amazing! Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Very compassionate! The breakfast was good too! If I ever have to stay in a hotel in Brevard again it will undoubtedly be here!

My room was so clean and quiet. Megan was an angel. She checked me in, was very friendly, and she found a folder that I left at the desk. She kept the folder and made sure to return it. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Great people, great location, and a great night's sleep.

Clean hotel / great breakfast / nice service / nice place / no complaints

Very nice lobby area and the firepit outside was a great area to hang out at. The room was clean with good lighting and water pressure in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous with a great variety of options. The only downside was that I could hear foot steps from the floor above. I'm not sure if it's due to the loud guests or the building material being less sound proof?

Megan at the front desk is a complete gem of a person and a true professional. My reservation at another hotel was cancelled 25 mins before checkin late on a Saturday night and when I called this hotel in tears looking for a last minute room, she handled it like a PRO. Not only did she find me a great rate, but the check-in process was one of the smoothest, quickest, and friendliest I’ve ever experienced thanks to her. The room itself is spotless, modern, feels safe, and the bed is very comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

We checked in VERY late at night and the associate Davis was very sweet and helpful. After a verrrry long drive it was much appreciated!!This hotel has the best blinds. Our room was very easy to rest in because it stayed nice and dark all night and the bed was very comfy! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with really good cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy.

Staff was very helpful I was one of three bus drivers we were taking a group of students to go camping we spent 5 days in the hotel every day we had check we checked our buses one day we needed water for our buses and we asked the hotel if we could use the spigot outside the hotel they said yes even gave us a bucket to put water in the bus very good excellent
