Carolina Cravings

The Chocolate Birthday cake they made for me and my friend (who share the same Birthday) was AmaZing!!!! So beautiful and it tasted even better. The waterfall decoration was a nice touch. They added chocolate covered strawberries and they were so good. Can’t wait for the next Birthday in my family!

Mmaaannnnnn, where do I even start?

I set out to find some fresh rolls to make some burgers for dinner and Yera totally saved the day!

Fresh and hot out of the of oven, she made the literal best hamburger buns I've ever had. (seriously. I shoved one in my face before the burgers were even done!)

One of the worst things about store bought (and processed) burger buns is how aerated and prone to sogginess they are, but the fresh buns Carolina Cravings made for me were perfect!

They were dense, but never tough to eat, so when I put the burger and all the toppings together, it was never soggy!

I can't wait to go back and try some of their other creations!

10/10 I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Cravings!!

I needed cupcakes for a birthday party and the Carolina Cravings Crew went the extra mile to make it extra special!

They made our wedding treats and they were DELICIOUS! Everybody loved them, they were all gone! Everything was so fresh and she custom made our macaroons to match our wedding colors. They definitely went above and beyond! Thank you so much! I’ll give them more stars if I could!

Stopped by this bakery today and was blown away! This is a hidden gem and the macaroons were nothing short of epic. The young lady behind the counter was very welcoming, sweet, and patient as I wasn't sure what to get. The Iced Caramel Macchiato was one of the best I've had, and the Strawberry Macaroons were my favorite. Can't wait to go back.

If you attended public school, those no bake brownies/cookies will take you back to your childhood. Wife got some citrus cookies and a few other items she hasn’t shared with me yet, so standby for a follow up later. Grabbed some macaroons for a visit to our friends in town, but didn’t get their revue yet. More follow up coming.
Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Seemed to enjoy her job and had many recommendations to our taste preferences.
Great addition, in a little town that knows why we come Downtown. Loved it.

This place is such a gem in this town. Ily and Yera are wonderful people and are extremely talented and kind. Their conchas are incredibly delicious, the cinnamon rolls are sweet (but not overly so!) and scrumptious. Every single item I have had there is excellent.

What a great Bakery; Iliana and her team are amazing! We had family in town from Georgia for my 15 year old niece to attend cooking camp. We took another niece and visited local bakeries to see how they operate and Iliana was so gracious to show the girls their Bakery space and shared her story about becoming a baker. She let them ask questions and gave them lots of tips and encouragement on continuing their journies as young bakers. Iliana, you will never know how much you impacted those two young ladies - - thank you for sharing your gift of baking AND positively influencing and connecting with impressionable young people!

The curb appeal of this store-front is perfect, the atmosphere inside is even more inviting and the young lady that greeted me was genuine and helpful. I ordered some muffins for the office and got five for just under $20.00. If I’m honest the muffins’ appearance were less than impressive, they looked flat and there was no “muffin top” at all. I was still a little iffy about serving them to my co-workers, until I tasted them. Boy-Oh-Boy! Were those some tasty muffins? Yes ma’am they were! They were moist, not overly sweet the berries were fresh and they reminded my cup of coffee what it was made for! Well done friends! Well done!

I live in Australia and ordered a cake to be delivered to my sister in law as obviously I couldn't pick it up. They were accommodating, quick to respond and all round easy to deal with. I can't rate the cake as I didn't try it but man did it look impressive! Thanks CC!

We used Carolina Cravings for our wedding cake/cupcakes and it was delicious! Setting up a tasting and working with Iliana was a piece of cake.

Very GOOD! Everything we bought was yummy and she was just finishing some flan today that I bought!!! The two ladies were sweet and friendly!

We love coming here! Wonderful bakery treats - haven’t tried anything yet that wasn’t delicious, and the macrons are always perfectly done! The coffee and tea drinks are delightful - this visit a got a peppermint mocha and found it to be better than Starbucks. A wonderful place with friendly, lovely people!

the place is lovely. I ordered my love some heart concha bouquet for Valentine’s Day, it was beautifully curated… I even bought a batch for myself! the concha’s were made that day I believe. they were so good and fresh. they were probably the most fresh and best conchas I’ve ever eaten. definitely would come again for any future occasions! very friendly people. beautiful small town as well. thank you!

I love this place! They are in downtown Pittsboro, which is very convenient to my neighborhood. They made this adorable cake for a birthday party and their prices are great!! 💗

I ordered an 8" Fruit Tart for my girlfriends birthday, and though it is not something they seem to generally be making, they went out and bought the ingredients, and it was unbelievably delicious. Could not be more impressed. The lady who greeted me upon walking in was exceptionally personable, and the overall feeling of the store was extremely homelike and comfortable. Very much the energy I think one hopes to find in the center of Pittsboro. Pictures of fruit tart attached below. It tasted better than it looked, which is quite a statement, as the symmetrical design was exquisitely done. Price was also very reasonable given the extra effort that was required to make my order.

Tried conchas for the first time today and loved them, both the vanilla and chocolate. Great customer service

Delicious! Came in for a cold drink and it turned out to be flan Friday (10% off fresh made flan). The flan has the best caramel sauce I’ve tasted. Definitely homemade “with amor from Mexico”. Also their coconut Creme filled yoyo was nice and light and hit the spot. Good hours too.

We are down from Long Island visiting relatives in Raleigh. Took a ride to Pittsboro, stopped in to pick something up for dessert. Got a variety of their goods, brownies, macaroons, lemon squares, and my favorite, the conchas. Everything thing was so fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this bakery.

Carolina Cravings did an AMAZING job with me and my now husbands wedding cake, we asked for a chocolate cheesecake with our wedding colors drizzled on top. The presentation was great, and we are still enjoying it even a few days later! The staff is friendly and professional, we highly recommend this bakery!
