Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

Stayed here one night. Just looking for places close to the coliseum. Had the best rate. I walked back after the show. Not a bad walk. A little over a mile. Was likely much faster than waiting to exit the coliseum parking lot.

The hotel was more than I needed, but it was nice. Joseph's restaurant is only open short hours, but was able to have breakfast the next day.

When I checked in, they said they ran out of the king's bedrooms as I had booked, but the room was still nice. Just a note to book with the hotel, and not third party site to avoid that situation.

There was nothing going on at the convention center, so the hotel was pretty quiet and peaceful!

My experience this pass weekend was awesome. We had a issue with our television. The maintenance was great and polite. Later, that same night the television wouldn't work again, the maintenance man named Homer was friendly, strategically problem solved the issue as well great conversation. We had a right at home experience.

People here at the Sheraton at Four Seasons in n Greensboro, NC are AMAZING, the room is great and they have all treated us Fantastically.

Super nice. Rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable beds. Lobby is nice, bar has lots of choices. Will be back.

I was recently staying here for a conference located at the Koury convention center (which is connected). This hotel is by far the cleanest hotel I’ve EVER stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot of high end hotels such as Westins and Marriott Marquises. The WiFi was reasonable speed. The bed was above average. This is a great hotel option locally.

I have been staying here when I’m in town for the last 2-3 visits.

Rooms are always nice and I think it’s one of the best in the area.

The Marriott downtown is also nice, but honestly, for my money, I’d just as soon stay here.

We had a Reservation stay for seven days. Due to my granddaughter having major surgery. We stayed for her recovery. The first night we encountered a situation. Our call down to guest services to come up to take a look at the problem. He told me that he didn't have time. So I called the next morning, asking for someone to come up. The director of housekeeping Mr. Darius and Ms Binu came up. They were very disheartened by the situation and assured me that this is something that wouldn't be tolerated. Mr. Dariur was very sincere and made things right. At around 5:00am, the next morning we encountered another situation. I called front desk and spoke with Ms. Kodi front desk manager, she was nice and kind said she would be up. Upon arriving, Ms Kodi and another lady was explained the situation and I showed her the picture that I had taken. Ms. Kodi was disappointed and very apologetic. She went over and beyond to make sure our stay met our expectations. She upgraded us to a suit. That was very, very nice. Ms. Kodi, loves her job. She will not stop until her guest are pleased and satisfied. Ms. Kodi was a diamond that shined brighter than any star I've ever seen. Thank you Ms. Kodi from the bottom of my heart for your compassion towards my family.

Great experience! Pool was fun. Large fitness center to get a workout in.

Excellent stay with great service and staff. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing with a large flat screen smart TV. Enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone visiting the Triad or Greensboro.

The venue was beautiful, and the food was great. Staffing was attentive. However, the timing for the main course of the meal was a bit excessively delayed, aka not exceptale.

I work over there so I can't say anything but it's was my first day on job I was toooo much happy to work there and very grateful that they give me this opportunity I will be happy to work with all people over all are very very good in nature

My husband and I threw our daughter a sleepover at this location. It was a great experience. Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted kindly. Check-in was a breeze and the suite that we were in was large enough to accommodate eight girls, and two adults. There were two bathrooms, which made showering quite easy. We were able to decorate the room and had a refrigerator for all of our cold items. We have also visited for a birthday celebration as well. This is definitely our go to should we have friends or family visit.

Like always, I have never been disappointed at a Sheraton. Luxury, customer service, is and continues to be top notch.

Very nice, neat & clean. Pretty much shares a parking lot with the mall. HUGE parking lot, they don't have free breakfast & no microwave in the room. We did have a mini fridge. Oh & the elevators were broken 😢 so that was a mini nightmare. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

This hotel is lovely on the inside. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean. It is conveniently located by the Four Seasons Mall with plenty of restaurant options in and around the hotel. There is an inside and outside pool that are connected. As a travel agent, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my clients, who will be traveling to and through Greensboro.

Beautiful hotel. I loved the fact that it was in walking distance to a shopping center. That was a big plus!! However, there were a few hiccups during our stay, i.e., elevators not working in tower one for a large convention and running low on food. Also, my group found that the tile in the shower was too slippery. But I think it'll be better next time. It seemed like an after Covid reboot. (Hang in there! And I wish you the best.)
