The front desk was very courteous and respectful after we checked in we get a call from the front desk to make sure we got in ok without any problems made sure the room was good and if we needed anything then I went to get some ice and I was in a wheelchair the worker helped me get the ice. The bed was soft I slept like a baby first time at a hotel I myself will go back

The staff is Amazing!! The rooms are clean & the property is pretty well maintained. The rates are the areas average and they try their best to accommodate

Nice location, quiet room was super clean no smoke smell!!! Linen was clean . It was nice to not have a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot

what a great value with friendly service (thank you Karen at the front desk for your courtesy and professional but friendly demeanor). It was lovely to see vegetable gardens on the property. The rooms were clean, the TV was nice size and the water pressure was great. I liked the laminate wood floors. The location was perfect as it is 2 miles to UNCG where my teen will be attending in the Fall. It was a wonderful experience and at $49 night via Priceline, it coudn't have been a better deal!!

My car was towed during a concert my fiance and I were attending Friday night, and when around 2 a.m. it became clear that we were stuck until everything opened today we decided to book a room. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when we called, and within about 20 minutes we were booked, checked in, and in our room.
Rooms are very clean - no bugs, pristine sheets, toilet, and shower - and have clearly been renovated recently. Extremely comfy bed and pillows, large flat screen TV, mini fridge, and the AC/heating unit works great. I was honestly just looking for a clean, cheap place to sleep for a few hours, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was! This is hands down the nicest hotel room I've gotten at this price point, and I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Greensboro next month.

This is a quiet and cozy place. At least during the week. I stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday night. The bed was comfortable. I like a soft bed. The room was clean. I was a supervisor/manager in the housekeeping department for Marriott International for more then 15 years.

One of my favorite hotel to link up with my friend. Prices are reasonable as well. Surrounded by shopping plaza and restaurants too.

I made a reservation at 8:30pm and arrived at 11:30pm. The person taking the reservation was polite and professional, as was the front counter staff at the hotel. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and everything within was in working order. I would stay at this location again.

I can't speak for the physical hotel, as we didn't get to go on our trip. I can speak for the front desk clerk. I called to let them know we wouldn't be coming and that our room could be given to someone else if needed. I told the clerk I was aware it was past check in time and we would be charged. She thanked me for calling. To my surprise she called back a few minutes later to let me know they would cancel my reservation at no charge. That was going above and beyond. She could have easily let the charge take place, instead she took the initiative to help me. Greatly appreciated.

We have stayed there on several occasions with business conferences. This is not a 5 star hotel but modest and older but has very good customer service. The staff has always ben extremely helpful (5-star rating in this area) and friendly. Lilly went out of her way to help with us with room check in since we had several in our party with several rooms. I talked to her on the phone before we arrived and had the opportunity to speak with Lilly when we checked out. Outstanding service. We shall return when we have the opportunity in the future.

Booked the day off and still had a room. Affordable price for a pretty good room, definitely not bad

Our hotel room was very clean and the noise was minimal. We were expecting with how busy it was when we stayed there would be a lot of noise. Had a small issue at check out due to me having to cancel my bank card before check out but the front desk guy when above and beyond to solve my problem and contacted me with our solution even after I had left town

Friendly staff. Room cleaned every day. Awesome price and great location with lots of amenities within walking distance. Many thanks to all the staff for making my stay easy and pleasant. Will book again next time I'm passing through.

Don't stay at the airport Red Roof --- you'll regret it. This one is much cleaner and quieter. WiFi is really fast. A/C works really good. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Are employees stay out of town all the time.
It is very hard to find an affordable but yet decent hotel.

For that part of Greensboro it is the best in the area.
99% of the time our guys stay there when working Greensboro on that side of town we have been really lucky we do not know our schedule we're we're going to be so we do not make prior reservations they've had a 100% success rate on getting us a room every time with little to no notice that we were coming

The room was clean and comfortable. I slept so peacefully. The shower felt great! We checked in really late and the check in process was smooth. I would recommend this hotel.
