Hampton Inn & Suites Greensboro/Coliseum Area

This was a quick stay decision as I had to last minute travel to Greensboro. I knew "the brand" so it was trusted, but here the staff excelled at making this a great stay! The kind and professional staff made my wife, brother and I feel quite welcomed.

So far, everything is great. I've stayed here for 3 weeks and this is my last week. Clean room. Updated. Free breakfast. Friendly staff!

Went to a concert in Greensboro at the Steven Tanger theater and booked at this hotel. About a 7 min drive to the venue. Room was great. Checkin was easy and the front desk employee was friendly and started my stay off great!

I was greeted by Front desk clerk, Tamika.
She was friendly and efficient, answered all of my questions and was always smiling and attentive, every time I saw her.
My room was clean and smelled fresh.
Breakfast was good but could be better with a few more selections such as boiled eggs, more yogurt choices and more fresh fruit like berries.
I really enjoy stay. Thank you so much!

Facility was nice and very clean. Staff were accommodating. The every other day room service was somewhat of a disappointment.

I almost didn’t stay at this hotel due to some bad reviews but this is a very nice and clean establishment. Staff were all friendly and helpful as I was traveling with my elderly mother and we needed a handicapped room. Breakfast had lots of choices and was fresh and served with good mornings and how are you each day. Room was clean and spacious with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. I stayed 3 nights and will definitely recommend this and use again myself when in the area.

Just stayed here. I travel A LOT, and don’t review often, but this one was worthy of a review. Really confused by any less than stellar review, that was NOT my experience.

Stay here. Stop searching. Hampton are usually reliable, and this particular one is elite. Every part of your hotel experience will be at or above your expectations. Service , cleanliness, privacy, parking, location, safety, local area, amenities - all top notch.

The young lady that checked me in on Sat after noon of Dec 2 2023 was excelente! She gave excellent professional service! It was after 2PM when I checked in I think

I gave it five stars because even though there were pot smoking guests on my floor
front desk attendant immediately address the situation. Great job thank you very much. I stay at Hampton inns a lot when I travel. my room has always been extremely top notch keep up the great work Hampton inn. The cleanest of hotels comfortable beds my floors clean no weird spots from my backlight. I'm always impressed 😁😁😁

My kiddo loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Basic cable on the enormous TV! Breakfast was just fine- what you can expect from a continental breakfast. The staff was really very accommodating and kind. Always a smile on, good attitudes and helpful! That makes a difference.
Location is excellent too. Close to everything. The coliseum, the aquatic center, the colleges, not far from downtown.

The staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel is meticulously clean. A great breakfast.
The rooms are very quiet, and we would stay here again .

Came here for Coliseum event. It is a drive of about 1.3 miles. Not walkable unless u r willing to cross very busy streets without sidewalks. Plenty of restaurants around. Main lobby nice. Son stayed here we did not. Rooms nice enough but they had older kiddos in the room and just 2 beds no extra space for 4 people. Get a larger room for extra people. They wished they had gotten a suite

I only wish you would allow pets to stay for free. Maybe ask for an $ amount, only to be kept if the pet ruined anything in the room or disturbed other patrons by barking. Our dog is a friendly, well-behaved pet who does absolutely no harm! Thank you.

Updated. New. Quiet. Even with a lacrosse team staying at the same Hampton Inn. It was quiet.

Expensive but worth it. First class hotel.
Everything was clean and new looking.
Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast attendant was extremely attentive and helpfull.
Very pleasant experience overall.
Highly recommend.

Right off the highway and Gate City blvd. All the staff were super friendly and the room was big and very clean. Plenty of parking and the hotel was also very well kept.
