Quality Inn & Suites Coliseum

The woman at check-in was awesome! She had a great, positive personality and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

This review is based on our experience in room 104. The room was acceptably clean to where you feel good about walking barefooted on the carpet. Like most hotel rooms I've rented, it could use a "move-the-furniture" deep clean. The bed was comfortable and clean, and there was a full casement on the mattress. Although the outlets on a couple of the lamps didn't work, there were adequate outlets on the walls for those who use a CPAP or want to charge their phones. A microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker were included. The desk chair was comfortable but did not roll well on the carpet. That wouldn't bother most people. I was there working, though, so it was somewhat inconvenient.

Our room included a complimentary hot breakfast, which was tasty and included eggs, biscuits & gravy, hot make-your-own waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and various bread options. The breakfast staff was quick to refill items and was friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked.

The only area of concern that I noted was the parking lot on the exit side. It could use some repairs in several places.

We enjoyed our stay at this motel and would have no problem staying there in the future if work takes me back to Greensboro.

Front desk naimish is awesome ! Every time I go , he treats me with respect and always kind . Ive never had an issue with him , I had an issue once with another employee but thats why I always go when bes there .

The room was clean and nice. Several television channels. Deposit required, but you get it back during checkout if you don't mess anything up. They are on Meadowview Rd. and not Gate City Blvd. as told on the phone when asked. I would love to see the suites now. Friendly and polite staff. As for breakfast, they need more of a selection. Other than that, I will be returning.

I always stay here when I come to visit my hometown. The employees are always welcoming and so helpful. Especially Thomas, he is an amazing person who I am glad I have had the privilege of meeting.

I did not expect the quality of the room, judging by the exterior as well as outdated interior hallway. I see other reviews saying that the interior of the hotel was old and dirty, but our room was very clean and the bed was super comfy with down pillows and comforter. It appeared that the room and bathroom had been recently renovated/upgraded. The room had a mini fridge and microwave as well. Staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out, as well as with any questions we had during our stay. I was impressed by the continental breakfast which consisted of muffins, waffle maker station, yogurt, bacon, eggs, juice, coffee, milk. My only complaint is that we couldn't get our Android devices or laptop (with Chrome browser only) connected to the Wi-Fi. Staff did attempt to assist, but we were never able to get connected.
Would certainly stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area. We stayed in another Quality Inn as well as a Super 8 on our recent trip and this hotel was by far the nicest of our stay.

Management was very accommodating. All the staff was helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was sufficient. Would def reccomend staying here for the price and ease of access to many things to do as well as eating establishments.

I wrote a review and after reading other customer’s reviews I’m mortified they would write such lies,the rooms by far are not run down,the facilities and grounds are well taken care of, the owner is constantly on sight if there are any issues. I came from New York and had booked another hotel which literally left me traumatized I came here sight unseen and was so grateful for the room the stay the staff were amazing.I highly recommend this hotel don’t let bad reviews fool you.

If there is one thing I wasn't crazy about it would be the marshmallow pillows since I'm used to dense memory foam types at home. But everything else was great. Good breakfast options, a pool, a nice comfy bed, non slip bathtub, shower options, toiletries, roomy accommodation. Yeah, I love Quality Inn.

I've got a room for two nights, while the desk attendant looked a little tired, must have worked for long that shift, she solved a little booking issue I had quickly enough. And rooms where clean, smelled nicely. Had fridge and microwave tuckade away in the corner which is always a nice bonus! Over all great stay between trips for a prices.

My boyfriend and I got the hot tub suite and it was great. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The bed was really comfy, the hot tub was fantastic, and everyone we talked to who worked there was friendly and helpful. And it was a great deal. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. My family was supposed to be staying somewhere else but we saw this hotel first. I'm glad we did the city did work on the water causing the water in my room not to work. The hotel was great about changing my room to one that was close to where I was already staying.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. Easy access on and off the highway. The only thing that was not excellent was the small room for breakfast with poor air circulation. It was way too hot to eat in the small room.

On a church function and needed a hotel close to the venue. Quality Inn was perfect. The Staff are very professional and caring. The hotel is clean and updated with WIFI. My mother, 87 years old was very impressed, she still talks about the hotel today.

Amazing owner and manager. We drive 650 miles from Michigan to see my son play in his college football game. I had reserved a room a month prior at the Ramada Greensboro. We went to check in and very rude manager said my reservation was given to someone else. After stopping at several hotels and getting turned away because they were all booked, we stopped at Quality Inn & Suites on West Meadowville St. I was pretty much in tears by now and the owner gave us their jaquizzi suite at the regular rate room because that was their only room available. My husband and I were so very grateful to the owner and manager who checked us in. The room was wonderful the rest of the staff very nice and had an amazing continental breakfast. Thank you again and we will definately be booking with them when we come back next year for my sons senior year.

Absolutely love this place. Been working out here for six months been staying in the run down red carpet which is awful. Came here. Beds are great its quite and clean. Will continue staying here. Plus love those choice hotel points!!

I loved my stay and it was very good no bed bugs or any thing dirty it was perfect I recommend this

We had to stay here a week because we had a sewage leak. Everyone here was very nice and the breakfast buffet was great!!! It's close to a lot of restaurants and store walking distance and right by a bus route.

Could use some updates in the rooms. Things are looking a bit old/dated compared to some other establishments. But it's a good place and great location in Greensboro NC. Everything seems to be just minutes away shopping, restaurants, the colosseum and the interstate is right there.

Great centralized​ location. Came here to bowl in a tournament and both alleys were less than 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurant options also nearby as well. Service was good as we've come to expect from this chain of hotels.

This evening was one of the best nights of my existence. We had such a pleasant stay & would love to have every stay as good as this once! J&P 1#1#6#1#9
