Ramada by Wyndham Greensboro Coliseum Area

Stayed on the second floor for one night. The room was nice and well maintained. The room was carpeted, but wasn't wet or sticky like other places I have stayed. Noise from outside and neighbors was very minimal. Was able to bring our dog with us as well. Would recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

I am rating this as a five star due to the awesome customer service I experienced. I have never met a more concerned compassionate, helpful, and understanding front desk personnel. Nikki went above and beyond expectations to ensure that my husband and I had a room through this hurricane. Wyndham rewards also went above and beyond to assist me. Nice accomodations. Comfortable room. Breakfast was filling

I loved this hotel! It was so clean, even the bedspread was bright white. The staff were very courteous. I have to know what kind of matresses they have, I got the best sleep I've had in a really long time. I will definitely be staying there from now on.

I work 12 to 14 hour days starting at 12:00 am. The hotel is having remodeling done and although that doesn't sound like a good place to get the rest I need the gentleman at the front desk promised and delivered when he told me he would get me in a quiet room. The staff here is top notch. Breakfast is set out promptly and the rooms are very clean. Don't let the construction scare you off ask for Dave Hamish at the front desk and have an honest and caring person take care of you!!

I gave this place 5stars because of two women, I feel deserve to be praises for their hard work. Ms. Lisa is the most sweeties women I've meet since I've stayed at Ramada in past. Her bubbly smile and her happy spirit can light up a room. Ms. Natalie, I want to thank you for doing should a wonderful job on my room. It smell of clean and it hadn't smell like that since. I can tell she takes pride in her work and these to ladies should get a raise. Thank you two ladies for making my stay the best

For what it is it's a great location. The outise may be a slight "rustic" but the rooms are astonishingly meticulously clean. The location in regards to everything is wonderful. Nothing is more than 5 to 10 minutes away. Friendly staff as well. No it's not a 5 star hotel by any means but for the hotel that it is it gets five stars from me.

Rose and Steven and the rest of the staff were very kind and reassuring. Their job description does not include hugging emotional guest from South Florida whom have never even seen snow..and end up in the middle of a winter storm that dumped 12" of snow and left you stranded there. They were compassionate to our situation and offered reassurance and a few hugs to ease their guests.

After reading a few reviews I was worried--but everything was really nice. A few rooms did smell like old smoke--probably in the ac units. Comfortable beds, clean room

A group of friends and I stayed here for a concert for New Years. The staff was so kind to all of us. They set up a shuttle bus to and from the concert for us too. I’ve had many bad hotel experiences and they showed me the complete opposite. Would return here if I ever come back to the city

The Negative reviews seem to be people who are expecting a five-star resort when you pay for a two star hotel ! I Personally am a business owner, I travel through this area every month several times I always stay at this location. Missy who happens to be the front desk manager has been overly accommodating, they have refurbished their rooms they have renovated the hotel, the second and third floor look better than some of the Radisson rooms I have stayed in up north. So maybe some of you need to lower your expectations of a two star hotel and if you want five star service pay the five star rack rate !
They have awesome housekeepers , the entire staff will go over and beyond to assist you
The ROOMS are CLEAN and this is just a fact ! I do not work for the hotel I do not work with the hotel I am not friends with anyone that works at the hotel so no one has encouraged me to write this let me repeat myself the rooms are clean for the price you pay it is very very economical it is one of the best two star hotels in the area. I travel from coast to coast I’m a diamond member with Wyndham and choice, So I am very very critical normally if something isn’t just so. But that’s never been the case even in the midst of renovation I was there and it was clean. It’s a shame that some people you will never be able to please no matter if the floor was the lined in 14 karat gold so
If you would like a nice hotel for a great price I highly encourage you to disregard the negative comments on here and trust someone who travels probably two weeks out of the month staying at hotels. Happy travels. Clayton

Very clean rooms well kept no problems great customer service and convenience of fast food and airport and sight seeing within 10 mile radius. Very pleased.

Room was in very good condition. Comfy bed! Friendly staff that provided exceptional service. Be advised that this hotel doesn't allow anyone under 21 to check into a room.

Everyone was so nice and the rooms are very clean the beds are so freaking comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there and I will recommend it.

My family and I stayed at ramada for almost a week. It was wonderful. My favorite part was lisa. She was friendly caring and very professional. People like her make you want to come back for another stay.

Very friendly staff and a nice stay. Thia wasn't our first choice but it ended up being out best choice. Loved how high tech the bathroom sink was.

Staff is extremely nice and welcoming to guests, even allowing a small gathering on New Year's Eve night. Rooms are also nice and clean. Overall a very nice hotel.

It was clean. The bed's are very comfortable. The room decor was lovely TV just small.

I've been in pest control for 5 years I'm always leery about bed bugs but Crystal at the front desk hooked us up took care of us gave us great deals and great customer service and even the other quest in other rooms were awesome crab leg dinner just all-around great hospitality highly recommended even allowed us to Parker truck with motorcycles on the back right in front where the cameras are and our room room and front lobby where clean

Joe the general manager took time out to introduce,himself his staff. He also provided a 4th of July Cook Out out of his pocket for the guest. He sincerely cares about what he does and has an honest heart
