Baymont by Wyndham Greensboro/Coliseum

Everything was perfect . Rooms were clean
Location was perfect and front Desk staff was very cooperatives. I forgot the name of kind lady in front desk but she arranged water bottles for us at mid night from local shop and that too all complimentary without any charge. I have been staying at greensboro for last 10 years for attending highpoint furniture market and always try to explore new hotel but next time I will stay again in Baymont.

Robin is a blessing she took care of me as soon as I walked in the hotel until I left the hotel

The service here is absolutely awesome! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very generous, clean, and tasty! The rates are nice too! There's a computer, fitness center, and I believe a pool, though I haven't ventured to it yet. I'd say we're definitely satisfied guests! Thank you Baymont staff for sharing your joy and kindness with us and others! It doesn't go unnoticed!

My father came to visit me from FL, and the Baymont was conveniently located, responsibly priced, and the room was perfect for my dad. Ashley at the front desk was on point! She was extremely helpful, informative, and swift with the check in process. I know my father is in great hands with the team at Baymont!

Even though the hotel is remodeling currently, the stay was very pleasant. No issues at all.

good location of hotel, lots of restaurants and stuff on the strip, the front desk lady Ashley helped me check in my grandpa quick and easy with no problem. she was great and the rooms weren’t that bad. good cheap and easy hotel

Just phenomenal, pleasant, great, awesome! Lashawn and Ashley has really been a treat to me! They are part of the night crew and both are very knowledgeable about there jobs! So friendly and kind.Well deserving of a promotion and raise..... Everyone there are special in their own way! Highly recommend Baymont suites.💯

I’m giving them 5 Stars based on their price. Hospitality of EXCELLENCE I usually stay at Marriott every where we go and the staff at Baymont treats you better than any other high price hotel I’ve stayed.
You get what you pay for. Things are old and worn down. First room was musty they happily moved us with an eye roll and apologized. Saw two bugs but the type did not concern me. Beds are BED BUG FREE! Sheets are clean. I recommend if you’re shopping on a budget and don’t care about bells and whistles.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at your hotel 😀. The room was large and immaculate, the amenities were generous and to top it off, the desk manager, Robin Shay made our stay an utterly delightful experience! She really looked out for our needs and really went the extra mile. Because of our great experience at the Baymont Inn & Suites Greensboro and the fantastic service shown to us by Robin Shay, my wife and I will be staying here for years to come. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was still offered if wanted. The only problem I had there which was no fault of theirs was my license plate was stolen my first night there. When I asked staff does this happen often I was told the hotel down the street is housing the homeless due to the pandemic which causes a lot of people to be walking by so anybody could have stolen my tag. The manager was very apologetic about it. I would and probably will stay again now that I have anti thief fastners on my license plate.

I was greeted by the night shift attendant she was nice and helpful. Even at check out the front desk attendants wete great. No one bothered me i had peace in my surroundings

The staff was really amazing! The general manager, Miss Dawn, went above and beyond to make this trip special to us, after hearing about our bad experience with another booking we had somewhere else. The breakfast was OK and the kids really enjoyed it every time!!! The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the windows did not open. I, personally, want fresh air every day, regardless of the time of year!

The rooms are a little dated but everything is clean. All the staff are very nice. Breakfast has a good selection and enough seating. All rooms seem to fill out every weekend so make sure to have a reservation. Overall, great hotel for the price.

Staff were very nice and for the price the rooms were well furnished. The housekeeping respected the do not disturb. The only problem I would have is the breakfast was the same everyday, but who cares if you can make your own waffels

Quick easy location to the interstate, and the mall. Clean rooms, with comfy beds. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast. Downside was a random leak from our bathroom door trim. Yes. The door trim. Nothing else was wet so it was kinda crazy an weird. Didn't impact our stay though.

I stayed here during hurricane Florence from the Wilmington area with my German Shepherd dog for about two and a half weeks. I know this area as I was born and raised in Greensboro and was very comfortable staying in this area of Greensboro. I was very pleased with the hospitality I received from the management, front desk staff and the housekeeping staff. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The room had a king size bed and was big enough to accommodate the large dog crate for my dog. The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent to sleep on. The breakfast was self serve and the food was very good. A good variety of food and you can make your own waffle which was very good. If I needed anything the staff was there to help. It is close to Four Seasons Mall and a lot of place to eat. If I ever have to stay in Greensboro again this will be the first place I will contact for a reservation. I have had to stay in hotels for many years and this one knows what real hospitality is all about.

One of the best hotels in Greensboro! It has a great location with tons of restaurants, shopping, and various recreational activities all within walking distance. The breakfast here rivals every restaurant around and is included in the very fair price. There is a fitness center, washer/dryer(low-cost), and a pool as well as a very friendly staff that caters to it's patrons every need!! I'll be back!!!
