I’m a sucker for some good customer service!! The staff was a 10/10 all so nice and polite. Rooms were clean and spacious. Also in a great location. I was in town for the Kevin Gates concert and was very close to the coliseum. Would definitely stay again! Thank you :)

The staff was super friendly any time I walked by the desk. It was everything I expected it to be. The room was spacious. The bed was almost too firm for me, but it was comfortable. The breakfast was good too. Would stay here again

One of the best hotels in Greensboro NC. Front desk service the best, they are friendly and ready for you to make your stay comfortable. My friend and I were feeling safe all the time. The rooms are clean and with everything that you need for the stay. Thank you to all the staff I definitely will be back. Keep doing the great job!!

Rooms were good for price. Rooms are clean. Courtesy breakfast had no hot foods except waffles. Staff were very friendly.

The front desk staff was very accommodating, and friendly. Rooms were alright, as expected.

Smaller rooms than Harrisburg PA which we reviewed very well
Room for our large pickup and 30 ft camper + two other cars
Obtained 3 rooms, zero issues
Pets were discouraged however as a disabled vet they had no issues with my service dog, respected her working and did not address her or seek to pet her. They commented on how well trained and behaved she was as how beautiful she was.
The morning concierge was extremely personable, helpful and friendly
A good quality room, larger than most with plenty of hot water

Breakfast was standard continental fair, the desk clerk (concierge) refilled food quickly with a smile and was so very pleasant!!

In general, everything was very excellent, the staff was very friendly, I also found the rooms clean and tidy, everything was very well recommended.

Very friendly front desk staff. Alexis went above and beyond when I lost an item. She called to update me personally. Turns out I had not left the item in the room, but very impressed that she took the time to update me that the item was not found. Thanks, Alexis.

The Staff was amazing! Rooms were clean! Staff was honest! My son left his computer in the room. Two days after checkout we realized this. I called the hotel and Carolese (not sure of spelling), had the computer at front office, held it for me, and called to let me know when my Dad picked it up. So Kind and so nice! Thank you! We will stay again!

Had a bad experience ad the Howard Johnson just up the road from here so I got a refund and came to this place. This was around 10 PM and I was already tired from a long work day and about 5 hours of driving.

Tasha was the employee at the front desk and she was so understanding of my bad experience at the HJ, helped me get in a room very quickly. Great employee and great personality.

My no smoking room was clean and well kept. This location is perfectly fine for a stay. I can't think of anything about to room to brag about but at the same time, I have 0 complaints.

I would recommend this location to anyone if they asked where they should stay if they were going to be in this area.

I travel a lot and this was easily the cleanest and friendliest hotel. Cleaner than most 4 star hotels. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and they were so friendly at the front desk. The beds are amazing and the room smelled wonderful. I own a cleaning business and when I'm impressed it says a lot !!

the staff here was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable of the area, even printing direction to our destination and back to the hotel with any stops in between, thank you Miss Crystal ❤ (we joked about us having the same name LOL!).
The GM, Karylis, was not only behind the desk, checking us in, handling the phones, etc but later, we saw her mopping the floors and helping her amazing housekeepers. And that brings me to the cleanliness. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the sanitation and how maintained, this hotel is. And to hear it's just over 2 years old! Unreal!!! Our room was so clean and inviting, the bed was like a cloud. Calling down to the Front Desk for towels or wash cloths were immediately executed. Definitely our new home away from home!!!

Jasmine provided me with friendly and great customer service. I called and she was eager to answer my questions. When I arrived to check in she greeted me with the same hospitality and service. The hotel is newly built and decorated nice. The hotel was very clean and they practice safety precautions for COVID-19. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean.My family and I really enjoyed our stay! I strongly recommend!

Friendly staff, very clean room. Nice to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room. My room had a separate area with a desk for studying or working. Only complaint was the pillows were too soft, this was a personal preference not anything against the hotel.

Wow! Overall experience on this stay was miserable. From the time I checked in at 3 all I heard was a stampede above me coming from the third floor. I called multiple of times and nothing seem to stop to the stampede until they left for the comedy show. Signs posted no loud noise or anything after 10. Well the stampede didn’t care cause it went on for about a good 45 min along with slamming of doors…then it stopped. 7am the hibernation over and the stampeding started up again….it is 8a and all I hear is boom!boom! boom!boom!

This hotel smelled so clean the moment we walked in. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They made sure we had everything that we needed and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. We were there for a family reunion and they made us feel like their family. This hotel is clean and is in a great area close to nearby restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back when we're in Greensboro, NC!

This hotel is by far one the best I’ve stayed at in the region. Staff were extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. They all knew and understood true customer service excellence. I felt comfortable enough to hold a conversation with someone at the front desk. I promise staying here is not a waste of your money. This is legit.

We stayed for 5 nights while our daughter competed at Junior Olympics. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. Location seemed safe. Would stay again if we return to Greensboro for anything.
