Great stuff! If you want a quick and dirty fix go somewhere else. Chuck's attention to detail is above all. Quality work is what you get and no shortcuts! Things are done the right way and I have learned a lot in a short time with this project. If you take something to Chuck's Upholstery please understand you are working with someone with a gift on a master craftsman level.

Chuck really knows how to make a droopy head ceiling look like a brand new one. I took my 2008 Volvo S80 there to get the head ceiling replaced and it looked like it did when the car was brand new! Thanks, Chuck, for a great job!

Thanks to what I consider poor design, the leather had worn in two spots on my driver's seat. I take my car to Classic Import Auto Service on Paisley Street in downtown GSO, and every time I come in for service, there are some very classy cars, like an old Rolls Royce and a beautiful Jaguar XKE. So I asked them for a reference, and they directed me to Chuck's Auto Upholstery. Turns out he works from his home, and in the drive were several vehicles from my youth, all in need of new seats. Chuck took a look at my job, grabbed the leather sheet for Audi, and quoted a figure that was less than the price of a used OEM seat cover via eBay. Once the job was scheduled, Chuck kept me informed as to his progress and tentative completion time. Picked the car up, looking as good as new-- and my only complaint is that it took me a decade to get my personal impression in that seat, but since Chuck added new padding beneath the leather, it will take a while before I once again have my "custom fitted" seat. But I also won't have the frame poking me in the love handles!

Called after my floorboards got flooded. They were extremely helpful on the phone and gave me a ton of information about what to do in this situation. If my car isn't considered a total loss, then I will definitely be bringing it here to be repaired.

Chuck is the man, hooked up my 350z which had a tear in the top. We end up replacing the whole top and he did it in a timely manner. He also works with insurance companies as well he can give them quotes and rates

Called to get an estimate. CHUCK was condescending and rude like he was doing me a favor when he could’ve been professional in asking for the information that he needed. Would never spend money with such a character.

Hung up on me, and was rude. Was describing what I was trying to do, he seemed irritated. Bad look for business. At the end of the day, be professional. 1 star
