I picked up an order at this store. Mindi waited on me. She was so pleasant and helpful. This was my first time in the store and it is so nice. Lots of home decor and holiday decorations. The store is neat and well organized. A lot of items to select from and the prices are very reasonable.

I recently went into Kirkland's Home Decor store in Friendly Center, and had an amazing experience. I received very excellent customer service from a young lady (with long flowing black dreadlocks) who identified herself as a recently hired manager.

She suggested several items that she thought would be great purchases, before I settled on this amazing scented candle.

Very knowledgeable, approachable, and great energy, I like what they are doing at this Kirkland store, and kudos go out to the store manager for having such an amazing team. Will definitely be back.

Me love Kirkland's! Always find something unique and trendy for the home! Found a monogrammed pumpkin for the front porch, reduced to half price, then $10 in bonus bucks. Ended up costing $10! Can we say, Me LOVE Kirkland's?!!!😂

I love this store! I have bought several home decor items over the years and still use all of it. Today I picked up a couple of online orders. Mindy was so nice and pleasant. Such a great asset to the sales team!

Exceptional service, always helpful and friendly staff, Great One of a kind items

I have never ordered from here before but was so excited to place an order after looking at the website a few weeks ago. I ordered 3 items a couple weeks ago. 1 of the item's tracking info has said the package is damaged and undeliverable since last week. I have tried calling and emailing customer service since Monday without a response or an answer. I can't get through on the phone so I select the call back request but never get a call back and I've used the email option 2x. I'm worried the Sign will be sold out by the time anyone bothers assisting me and sending a replacement. The one I received today is great quality and I love it but it doesn't make up for a lack of customer service with my missing order.

I revised this to 5 stars because once I was finally able to reach an associate, it was clear they're dealing with staffing issues like every other company right now. They immediately issued a replacement and it shipped next day. All 3 items I ordered are gorgeous and really great quality for the price.

After 23 years with Kirkland's in Greensboro, I just want everyone to know I retired . Thank you to all the customers and employees.

I love this home decor store. I’ve been shopping kirklands for 20 years when kirklands was on the third floor of the four seasons town center in Greensboro. I started then going to friendly center once that location was closed, then for a short while did not shop at kirklands due to an associate who is no longer employed with kirklands. I was in the store an over heard a “someone” in management talking on how lazy that associate was, so bad terms or not I’m just pleased I’m now back shopping with kirklands.

This has to be my all time favorite store. I have lots of Kirkland decor in my home. This store always smells great. Great customer service as well.
