CLEAN, well maintained. Lots of great equipment - it doesn't have *all* the things, but absolutely enough to get a solid workout in, multiple ways. Most notable a safety squat bar and a reverse hyper!

Easy key card access. Parking is close and well lit so it feels very safe for 4 am workouts.

We've been members at Awaken since it is opened. Modern equipment always kept in great condition in a clean facility with helpful advice provided by the owner (and others upon request!). Family friendly - kids welcome but as with any such facility close parental supervision is required to prevent unintentional harm.

I wanted to just work out not go to " a meat market" .
My work hours are not banking hours so it had to be 24/ 7 and between work and home . This place is perfect and very affordable! Thanks Awaken!

I needed help getting my treadmill back in usable condition. I found Scott who came out and worked on it for me at a reasonable price. He was super friendly and gave me some good tips on maintenance, as well as exercise. I am now on my way to losing 25 lbs. :-) Thank you Scott!

Great place to work out and no time limits on when u go as it's open 24 7 making it easyer for families with a busy schedule to have time to go the owner is super nice guy not every big so not as many free weights but equipment is usually well maintained.

I stopped in to check things out and was amazed at how nice and equipped it was I'll definitely be back for more !!
