Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro

I just love this Hotel! I've stayed here a week with family for vacation and it has been a good experience. First of all, the rooms are clean comfy and nice. Service was good, nice staff. The location had to be the best! You could just walk to the waffle house and it was a couple miles away from the city which had a fun mall right beside the convention center. I loved staying here it was a good time.

Everyone in this hotel has been so kind. The gentleman behind the counter. Both morning and night .. and Tim from the bar. The cook was also very kind and smiley. However, Simone ( girl I hope I didn't spell your name wrong ) but she was so nice and kind. She made sure we were takin care of and gave us 1 paid breakfast for me and my husband's 2 year Wedding Anniversary. She was a great conversationalist and made sure we were good. Bless her soul and never change! I'm sure you'll do big things in Hilton. Also Tim ( your sweet tea was amazing ) and you took care of us as well. This was my first time in North Carolina and the impression of this state has given me the wants to come back and stay here again!!

Great place stay here for when I go to market for the company I work for 2 times a year.
The area is so quite and so are the rooms. Their breakfast in the morning has everything you could want. I so recommend staying here if your ever in that area

Tim was Awesome as Bartender, Food was Incredible. Devon cooked outstanding chef foods. Wine recommendation by Tim was exceptional. Burgers, Fruit bowl & fries were amazing.
Service by Tim⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Tim at the bar was GREAT! So personable and fun! His margaritas with the Agave nectar is the best I have ever had and I’m a margarita connoisseur! Loved it!

Tim is absolutely hospitable. Whether you are here alone or there is a group, Tim is attentive and patient. You can rely on him to fulfill your expectation at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Since he is exceptional at delegating his attention, please provide him grace and exercise your patience.

The bar and grill staff is nothing short of amazing! Janelle, Tim and Chef Lisa treat you like family from the minute you sit down! This team is a tremendous asset to the Greensboro Hilton Garden Inn!

Janelle on the evening shift at food area was friendly and polite and helpful. As was CT behind the front desk. At breakfast this morning the waitress was polite and helpful also. Location was perfect, right off the highway.

This was a wonderful experience! The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious. Great staff working at the front desk and at the hotel. Ty'kira from the Breakfast Buffet didn't assume we knew how the Buffet worked. She took time to explain and had fresh eggs set out for us! Maria cleaned our room and was very thoughtful during our stay! They said there was Construction but we never saw anything or heard any noises from it.

Had a great stay here. The rooms have been remodeled and they are really really nice. K9

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice & welcoming as well. Only wish breakfast was included since the price of the room was pricy. Location was great. It was convenient to everything! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great team - had a great check in and experience in restaurant - very attentive and friendly. Room was clean and had fresh decor. Business center had everything I needed. "Market" had great options for food and drinks. Overall, fantastic visit. Would definitely stay again!!!

I wanted to write this note and congratulate the management and staff of the hotel on their outstanding service and support to their guests.

The general manager and her staff worked tirelessly, some of the team working a 24 hour shift, to overcome a power failure and issues with the air conditioning. All of this was to ensure that each and every guest received a comfortable room and outstanding support for the amenities.

You would think that the food service would suffer somewhat, owing to the power disruption. Not for this team! They all worked to provide hot and great tasting food services in a pleasant environment.

I am a frequent traveller for business and pleasure. I am a Diamond member of Hilton Honors and would rate the Hilton Garden Inn at this location in Greensboro, North Carolina, as one of the best hotels I have stayed- within North America.

This was truly a great experience and I wish to thank each and every member of the staff and the management team for their wonderful efforts.

Very nice staff, modern decor, and clean rooms. Will def book again when visiting Greensboro.

Just a short stay while we look for a new rental home. Everything was great. Paul at the front desk was amazing when we had a problem because we were checking in very late. Clean, friendly and accommodating. Will return if it is ever necessary.

Room was super clean and presentable. The front desk staff was extremely polite. Jessica was always a pleasure. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

A very friendly staff. It was very clean, both the foyer and my room. I was able to check in early since my room was ready. The breakfast is like buffet style but they'll make things for you fresh. It was a delicious breakfast. They also offer different, kitchen made dinners. I would stay at this hotel again for sure. The whole area was very clean. They helped me with some supplies I didn't have. Bed was comfortable as well.
