Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greensboro-(I-40 @ Wendover), an IHG Hotel

The spacious suite provided a wonderful hotel experience. The top-notch service added to the enjoyment. Though the pool was nice, it could benefit from more frequent cleaning. The gym was nice, and the great breakfast added to the overall positive experience.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor pool was enjoyable although it did have a lot of leaves in it. The hotel was quiet and convenient to where we needed to be.
Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. The food was hot and had a good taste.

We were here for the AAU Junior Olympics. Tiffany the manager was exceptional in taking care of us. Nadine front desk made our day when we had to change rooms and she had a room ready for us..most days breakfast was hot and good. I would recommend staying here..

Very clean, well maintained hotel. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are great. My only complaint is that the toilets in the room are those very short toilets like you'd see in a kindergarten class bathroom...very short and close to the ground. After a couple of days staying there, my knees couldn't take anymore. Otherwise, a great hotel.

Decent Hotel with busy intersection I-40. Noor Indian restaurant are within walking distance. Room is great and quiet lobby. Breakfast is ok but not big eater in morning. Stayed first time here for work with Volvo truck company. I would recommend this hotel to business travel for sure.

Bernice was a great help with getting us situated! Recommended a great list of restaurants in the area and made sure my needs were met! Id recommend this hotel just because of how great she was from the beginning! Thank you again Bernice for making my stay here pleasant!

Great hotel! The rooms are very spacious. Everything was nice and clean, just the way I like it! The beds were so comfortable, one morning I slept through breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, they have something for everyone. Overall, this is a great place to stay when in this area. I will definitely be staying here again!! 5 stars!!

Had a wonderful four night stay here and I would highly recommend it.
Shamecca was so great and we were excited to see her every night when we would return to the hotel. Her energy was incredible and her guest services were impeccable. Thank you for your professionalism and great tips&tricks 💞

Really enjoyed this trip. Tim was very helpful with a late night check in and the breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel, even before COVID. Pool is located in the rear and it was mostly under utilized. Really helpful bc I was super hot. Hotel should better maintain the shrubs in the back near the pool... There were lots of wasps, but luckily nothing happened. Rooms clean and stocked and housekeeping was responsive and timely. And better TV's than normal.

My entire stay was excellent. My reservation had a complication that the Mgr., Sandra had entered into the notes and Shamecca was able to view at check in. Shamecca was competent engaged and very friendly. She set the tone for a great experience

Great place, close to events in Greensboro.
People there really wanted us to know that they appreciated our wanting to stay, and perhaps return one day.

Upon checking in Lauren was absolutely patient courteous and understanding! I wasn’t expecting to have just a king as an only option but she went over and beyond and got a roll away for me so that I could put my toddlers in! But the service didn’t stop there! Shemeeca went over and beyond in taking care of my family. My baby girl was going through an ordeal with her eczema flare up and was extremely irritable that morning and this super woman came over and cared for her like she was her baby. And provided crayons and coloring pages to my eldest daughter (4 years old) who also took a liking to her and insisted on giving the colored page back to her as a thank you gift! Even If these two only knew the craziness we had to endure in order to get there I believe they still couldn’t have done anything extra and that shows me the heart of these two! I say continue to spread the love of Jesus guys! Thank you so much for such great hospitality!

Room was great for my trip. The water pressure was amazing! Breakfast was available each morning. Had a nice stay!

Great hotel will definitely be going back. But it's not for everyone looking for a good deal on prices. 200 a night for you . You better have the cash but I guess you get what you pay for. Nice rooms and clean. Also enjoy there breakfast

This location is an excellent place to stay at if you're either on vacation, travelling for business, or even just need somewhere to stay for a couple days. The rooms are so clean, comfy and relaxing. The staff are very professional, friendly and seem to love what they do here. They do an amazing job maintaining this hotel and it definitely shows. Way to go! I definitely will be back soon. Thanks for having me. :)

This hotel stay was great! My family and I were comfortable. It was clean and had great customer service. We had a problem with our key not being able to access our room; however Adele the manager came in from visiting family and tried to repair the door key. With no success, Adele gave us another room with complimentary stay. We truly appreciated her and her team taking care of our family. The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were very pleased with our recent stay. Our room was clean, the hotel was clean, and the pool was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillow choices between firm and soft were great. But most of all, the staff are so friendly here. From the desk clerks, to the cleaning staff, to the breakfast staff, everyone is super friendly and happy to serve any needs you may have. We highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are very clean. Sure, they need a bit of updating, but nothing that would steer you away. The bed was extra comfy. We got great sleep. The hotel is located on one of the main strips in Greensboro giving you easy access to everything you could need. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Arrived very late at night (3am) and had no problems with checking in, but the parking lot was full so we had some trouble with that. The rooms are on the small side but very nice, clean and cozy. There's a coffe maker, microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. Cleaning is done everyday. Breakfast (6-10:30am)was simple, yet tasty: bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, eggs and sausage. Good coffee too. Some fruit.
We saw signs hanging on the doors "pet in the room", so we guess it's a pet friendly hotel.
Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would recommend it to anyone.

We had the absolute pleasure of speaking with David and booked with ease. I'd absolute recommend this hotel. The room was impeccably clean (which is so important with the pandemic) and the breakfast was fantastic fresh and hot!!! Without a doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed in. David is an asset to this company!!
