Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greensboro

I was a little worried about booking here based on the reviews. I am glad I did! Great for the price and my room was clean. The staff was nice. Parking lot was safe and well lit. No complaints here.

My stay at this hotel was brief but excellent. I was really impressed with the care given to me for such a brief stay, especially since I was entering at nighttime. Typically, when you are a dusk-to-dawn in-and-out business stay-and-go type, these hotels tend to just blend together without notice or care (I've even found myself reporting to the wrong hotel simply because there's not much standout). This stay was a little different though. The front desk entry-man Casey (CJ) was professional, easy-going, and I was able to strike up a conversation with him at two or three brief run-ins as if he was a fellow traveller or friend. The housekeeping was up to standard, with clean sheets, and a space that you can tell had not just been one-overed (trust me I check). It looked freshly redone and everyone seemed to be enjoying their stay as I departed in the morning.

Give that Casey a raise, keep up the good work, stay clean, and I can't wait to be back at this Microtel next Market

Very clean! Employees were very nice and welcoming. Only down fall, the room was little. Aside from that, everything was great. Would recommend!

Decent clean rooms. Room key stops working most of the time so you have to go to the reception for activation again. Rest all was fine for a highpoint market trip.

Great reception, nice clean room, kind of small but great price and decent motel and area. Only thing was the room phone was not working.

Check-in was easy and simple. The check-in clerk was friendly/calm, even while dealing with a customer who was rude and refusing to follow the mask guidelines. Our room was very clean and cold A/C! No smell at all and that's a big deal for me! I love the tv menu and remote to go straight to the available channels. Grab bag breakfast had a lot of great items and there's coffee/tea options. No hot breakfast bc of Covid guidelines but we were satisfied. The lady was very nice and accommodating for making two bags for my big kids! Within walking distance to many restaurants!

It was nice and quiet after the muscle cars left. I'm giving them 5 stars because it wasn't their fault about the cars. We checked in and had an enjoyable trip. We won't stay at the one in Greensboro again. We do like the city, too crowded for us, but the hotel was great!!!!!

I have stayed here at least 5 times and it is always a great experience. Staff is great and accommodating! Rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable! It is small but all that you need. Breakfast is included.

Phone rep was excellent. When I arrived, the front desk young lady was so sweet and kind. The room itself is newer looking. I was pleasantly shocked. They have padded bench under the window so it could actualky sleep another person. Pretty decor in the newer rooms. I have stayed here multuple times now and the service is excellent. Housekeeping corrects any issues. Destiny and Amanda at the front are so pleasant. I find peace here when I need a break from stress. I have only stayed in the remodeled rooms and they are soo nice. The price is excellent for the room. Great job Microtel.

I checked in late for a one night stay, the room and building overall were clean and well maintained. The key machine was having issues coding the key, but the front desk attendant was polite and walked me to my room to insure the key worked properly. Overall the experience was very nice.

This was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The breakfast offerings - always an important factor in any booking decision - were better than I expected, with a wide variety including full size muffins and bagels. It was a cinch getting downtown from the hotel and I bounced back from my weekend stay completely well rested!

We were with a large group that stayed several days. The staff was amazing! The staff deserves 5 stars for sure. They were friendly, accommodating and patient. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. (Of course they are small- it’s MICROtel. That’s the whole concept.)

The staff Service especially the Nice African American Lady that worked 2nd shift! Overall,all Staff Employees were Phenomenal!

This review has to take into account that it is a 2 star hotel. The rennovations that have been made acquit the hotel nicely and will help the brand. Bathrooms in the single unit are a bit small and there needs to be a towel rack. It has a nice little open shelf, though for placing your toiletries. Flat screen tv on the wall over small working desk with built in outlet and USB charger, nice touch. Ironing Board and iron are tucked away inside "armoire" of a closet. May be larger in double unit(?). Did not eat breakfast, but seemed standard with waffle maker, bagles, cereal, etc. But not a hot cooked breakfast. Ice machines on first and third floor, but vending machines on each of the three levels. Great desk service, and Aaliyah was ver pleasant and patient! One last thing, for a 2 star, the bed was very comfy and enough pillows provided. Floor unit AC worked well. Enjoyed my stay, recommend it, and will stay again.

Best hotel and Great Staff

We recently stayed two nights at Microtel Inn by Wyndham Greensboro and found it truly outstanding in every way. It is beautiful and spacious. Every aspect of the hotel amenities, service and atmosphere are amazing. It is also located very close to all the Malls and Restaurant is within walking distance. This is a real gem to find in our favorite city- we will be back!!!!

They are remodeling and the new rooms are very nice for the price you pay! The lobby area needs updated still but you can tell they are trying to make things better. I would stay here again for a quick 1 night stay!!

Great staff... Extremely clean... Professional environment

We stayed there August 18th 2018 and They have updated the facility and it looks great. Also I wanna give a big Thank you to the staff my husband left his Fossil watch in the room and housekeeping turned it in thank you so much for your honesty and integrity that watch was very special to my husband so Thank you so much!!!

Ashley at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She made me feel welcomed and has excellent customer service for not just me but everyone that I saw coming in and out.
