I have never experienced the level of customer service as I have at Hip Chics. They are a community within the community. Single mom, working mom, or stay at home mom they will provide you the personalized service you deserve. The ladies know my children and they adore them in return. I truly appreciate Liz and others for their kindness.

Absolutely love Hip Chics! The formal side was so very helpful with getting my nieces dress. Then I went back to visit the other side and it was great! Lots of great clothing and very reasonably priced. I think I’ve found my store! 💖

We just purchased our daughter’s prom dress from Hip Chics and had a wonderful experience! Not only did we love the dress, but the staff were so professional, helpful, and kind! We have also rented tuxedos from here and had the same experience. I highly recommend Hip Chics to anyone looking for formal wear, gifts, apparel, and accessories. My son rented a tuxedo for his senior prom. The entire experience was very professional with excellent customer service! The staff took the time to provide quality and personal care. Hip Chics is always a great space to shop for beautiful clothing, jewelry, or unique accessories. I can always count on finding exactly what I'm looking for and frequently something I didn't know I was looking forward. I have 3 granddaughters, two who are teenagers and one who thinks she is. All three have loved everything I've ever purchased. We are fortunate to have such a place in Clemmons!

Shopping at Hip Chics is always a great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I always go in and find unique outfits and great accessories. I absolutely love Hip Chics! The selection, price range, and amazing staff make for a wonderful shopping experience. More than half of my closet is filled with clothes from Hip Chics and many of my home decorations. Great place to shop and love shopping local!

Trending.....This is the place to shop. I always walk out with something in style, usually more than what I wanted because they have such a variety of styles. I love their unique shoes and boots. Gifts are easy to find here and are in that price range. The staff are more than willing to show you outfits that are in your size and you don't have to worry about putting anything back because the staff are right there waiting to help. The style is for young and young at heart. I feel comfortable going there and that's probably why I say I'm getting one shirt and come out with 3 shirts, 1 dress, moisturizer, and whatever doodad is on the counter.

Went here to find a Prom dress for my daughter's Senior Prom. We were greeted at the door and given a dressing room. Several ladies brought us dresses in styles and colors we were interested in. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. They worked with us until she found the perfect dress. I would recommend Hip Chics to any mom with a picky daughter who is looking for the perfect dress. I've been shopping at Hip Chic's for as long as I can remember and they never fail to have the perfect gift, perfect outfit for any occasion, etc. I've also shopped Hip Chic's for 3 different proms and the quality of the dresses, the great help of the staff, and the fantastic pricing made for such a fun and enjoyable experience! Just want to say that their customer service is GREAT!!! I have never been in the store and called and ordered a shirt on 5/2/16 and spoke with Lisa. She assured me if there was any issues that it could be returned with out any hassle. Shirt came the next day and my wife is thrilled! I am sure that she will be visiting the store in the near future! Everything went as it should!

I tried to save $ & ordered my daughter a dress on line. It's a 30 day turnaround from overseas. The dress was damaged, too little & no time to send another! We're 2 weeks away from prom & I'm freaking out! She tried in a dresses & we bought the 1st 1 she tried! The staff was fantastic! Sydney our associate was FANTASTIC!! The other associates were very helpful as well!!

Hip Chics is my favorite boutique! One of the things I love the most, and what makes this store so widely popular, is the effort that the whole staff puts into making your shopping experience a great one. The product selection is amazing, the customer service is the best you will find anywhere, they gift bag your purchase beautifully, and it takes a lot less time to shop because its so convenient. On top of everything, Hip Chics is always reaching out to the community and that shows even more that my money is well spent when I shop there!

This store is unbelievable. The selection is great. Even though they were busy, as most stores are this time of year, I felt and was treated like I was the only customer in the store. I hate to shop but I definitely will be back. Thank you ladies!

Amazing selection, super staff, but make sure you have time to look around. We went with very little time to shop and I didn't want to leave.
