My job offered us to take this introductory gun safety class. I already have my conceal carry permit, but why not?! When you walk in, you will hear “you’re being recorded “ which was awkward. The first time I heard it, I missed what it said. The second time, I heard it clearly and it was a bit surprising. Nonetheless, no one can say they didn’t know.

Richard was the instructor during the 4hr course on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. I enjoyed it and it was very informative. Richard gave a comedic twist, which definitely helped make time go by quicker. The best part was the gun rage at the end. It was a large class of 17. The range took a while. I did great for 10 shots total: 5 with a a revolver, which was my first time shooting one. The other 5 from a semi automatic pistol; I own one but haven’t even practiced in at least a year and a half. While there, I did browse their available guns. I did end up buying a pack of 9mm bullets for $21. The female staff member who assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I would definitely return!

Wonderful range, friendly staff. Nothing too fancy, bring your own gear and shoot all day for $25/$19 (as of Dec 1st). They have steel targets if you are into that satisfying *ping*.
I took the CCH class with Richard Talbert and he ran a very informative and engaging class. The 8 hours blew by fairly quickly.

My Swedish Mauser would not fire when I tried it over Thanksgiving. It had been years since last use. The guy at ProShots asked me to give him a few minutes to check it out. He showed me the problem, cosmoline and advised me on how best to clean this up. I learned a lot. I certainly expected to pay, but he said "this is what I do!". Professional and kind! I look forward to returning to support this excellent business.

Place is way better then Calibers here in Gboro. At this range you can fire from a 22LR all the way up to a 460 Weatherby. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 the staff is more friendly and knowledgeable. I try to come here when it’s cold during winters although we’re not cold like where I’m originally from. Minneapolis Minnesota. Also great selection on Ammo & accessories. They also do gift cards as well.

Facility is clean and well managed. Richard is an excellent instructor. Great experience.

I joined here 6 weeks ago and really enjoy this place. Enough so that I drive from the center of Greensboro - nearly 40 miles each way - to shoot at Pro-Shots a few times a week. The deciding factors to join were twofold:

Excellent hours.
Members only range.

I continue to make this drive a few times a week bc the staff is excellent. They are kind, courteous and run a tight ship. Malcolm, Joe, both the big guys with the beards, the gun smith, both the nice smaller ladies at the counter, the guy in the golf shirt, the muscular guy, the younger fellah who signed me up & also the younger sales lady who carries the giant pistol are ALL awesome.

Not a bad one in the group. How is that possible?

The fact they have a fully equipped gun store with very competitive pricing is a real bonus. Plus as a member their FFL fee is really low.

I haven’t take any of their classes yet but plan to as soon as my busy season at work lets up a little. I’m really bummed that I couldn’t make their AR-15 class.

This is a great place to shop for firearms and accessories, and their indoor shooting range is a terrific feature of the store. The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. They are patient and willing to educate and explain the basics to beginners, while having the deep knowledge that experienced gun shoppers look for when making a purchase decision. Give this gun shop and indoor range a try - you will be hard-pressed to find better.

This was very well managed, the staff are all cool, the range well kept, well ventilated. The concealed carry class was informative, and the owner/instructor is very knowledgeable.

The majority are very nice, knowledgeable & friendly staff... The establishment is very clean and maintained properly. The gun store has a nice variety of firearms/rifles to choose from. The gunsmith(s) are pretty prompt with quality service. I enjoy my visits there, there have been a couple of issues at one point or another, but there was always someone or two else that made it right. I highly recommend membership here if they’re openly accepting.

Great staff! Great range. Rent or buy guns. Could use a better selection of ammo but still good enough. I recommend it for stress relief and lots of fun 😊😄😃🔫🔫🔫

Pro Shots is a one-stop shop for all things firearms. The range is managed by trained staff with safety as a top priority!

Incredible bunch of people all around from the range to buying/selling guns. Became a member 3 weeks ago. I’ve been dealing with Paul and he has gone above and beyond for me and got my gun sold at my asking price. But no matter who is there, they are all friendly and patient. They genuinely want you to be happy when you walk out of the store. The range is great, membership prices are more than fair and discounted ammo is a great plus for members. Couldn’t be happier over all.

Always nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable staff. You may find some stuff online cheaper but then you have to wait and you still pay transfer fee for any firearms. Plus if you buy a new gun locally from them you get a 1 month membership to their range and discount on certain items and classes. Their ammo sales are actually better than the online pricing I've seen, although not available at all times.

This place is amazing! I was looking for an F&N 5.7 for a Christmas for my boyfriend. I went to over 4 different stores and NONE of them had the gun I needed or customer service. Two places didn’t even acknowledge me walking in the store. I am a young woman so I’m not sure if that had to do with anything. But Proshots was AMAZING! I was greeted immediately and a knowledgeable associate helped me with everything making it easy since I don’t know much about firearms. This place is definitely the place to go where EVERYONE is treated fairly with top notch customer service.

By far the best range around here. Staff has always been great. Super friendly, helpful, and as cliche as it sounds, they've always made me feel right at home. ProShots kind of ruined other ranges for me - I got used to a certain standard and the ranges in High Point/Greensboro have let me down by comparison. It's a bit of a haul from where I live, but it's worth the trip. The quality of the experience far exceeds that of the ranges closer to where I live. The environment feels very safe, but they don't bog you down with over the top safety precautions. There are definitely safety rules of course - but if you've been irritated by a range that only lets you load five rounds per magazine, or forces you to sit while firing rifles, or makes you wait five seconds between each shot fired, or doesn't even allow 5.56/.223 ammo at all - you will not find those annoyances at ProShots. There's also a great selection of guns to rent, and renting won't break the bank. My one gripe is that the cost of range time is high compared to other local ranges. But, then again, you get what you pay for, and for me, the quality of everything related to ProShots makes an extra 30 minutes added to the drive, and an extra $5-$10 per range session (prices go up for weekends) well worth it.

My first experience at "ProShots" and it absolutely won't be my last. Mr. David was professional and informative over the phone before I had the pleasure of entering the building. Then what sealed the deal with my experience was the outstanding customer service and exceptional professionalism Brandy showed me. You are missing out if you haven't made your way to "ProShots!!! I highly recommend Pro Shots. Not only do I know Ted personally and professionally, I know he does nothing less than the best just as his dad ran his business. Staff are top notch. Even if you have never held or shot a gun, they will be patient and work with you to get you comfortable.

I am not a sniper level shot, but can hold my own. I took several classes and Kyle, Richard, Randy, Paul and the other instructors and staff were very gracious to work with. We had fun, but more importantly, safety and making sure the students handled firearms safely was paramount.

Once my schedule allows, I likely will get a 6 month membership to refine my skills even more. I highly recommend Pro Shots; their staff will not let you down and they really do care about their clientele and making sure your experience is nothing less than the best.

Stopped in at ProShots on 5/4/2021 and purchased a Mossburg 590 from Brian Moore. This was my first time meeting Brian. Brian was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Also got to speak with Paul while I was there which is always enjoyable. I've shopped at ProShots for many years and a lot of great memories have been made in the gun range with friends and family. I also find great value in purchasing a firearm at ProShots with the included 30-day range membership. Thanks to the staff at ProShots for great customer service and for keeping your pricing fair during these crazy times.

This place is awesome the staff is friendly & helpful. Today I listened to a staffer advise a 1st time customer of all the safety rules for the gun range. The prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a nice indoor range this is the place. Highly recommended getting a membership it's worth the money.

I immensely appreciate the high quality customer service from all of the employees at Proshots. They're always very kind and always willing to go out of their way to try and assist every customer. They have a great variety of firearms for rent and to purchase. The price is fair and so is the selection. Highly recommended!
