Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum, an IHG Hotel

We had a great stay! The room was larger than expected. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. A little less than a mile walk to the Greensboro Coliseum.

Rooms were clean. The area was clean and safe. I skipped the breakfast and went to "Scrambled" its a few miles north. Highly recommend. The EV chargers in the parking lot were offline when I stayed here. Check with PlugShare to check their status if you need them.

Walking distance to a couple of nice places to eat. I did not eat at the hotel bar / restaurant, but it looked pretty lively each night. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and fast. The gym was pretty boiler-plate for a hotel, but very clean.

Last week I had a room with no microwave in it. I wasn’t aware if I could call for one or not but I did have one in the room.The room was very clean and nice but I hope I have a better experience with the microwave in the room next time I visit!

Very clean, friendly staff, and quiet. The beds are comfy and I always love the Dove body wash.

Kind and understanding concierge. I am a repeat customer for this location. Excellent rooms.

From the rooms to the service it was exceptional! We had come down for a concert that had gotten cancelled last minute and had the intention of leaving the hotel for dinner but after the first night eating there, we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner again because it was just that good! We stayed for 2 nights!

Lonnie, (the chef) made the BEST meals!!

I have a lot of restrictions with my diet and him and Sarah were so accommodating!

I wanna give a special shout out to Sarah , Lonnie , Brianna and Chanice for making the stay even more fabulous!

I can’t wait to come back again!

Great hotel. We arrived at about 8 pm for check in. Receptionist was friendly and check in was easy. The entire hotel was neat and clean. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. We stayed in the third floor, there was no traffic noise at night time. Breakfast was your typical eggs, bacon, sausage ect. The food was buffet style, but they had people serving the food. We did receive vouchers for breakfast, so we did not have to pay as others have mentioned. I would stay here again.

Stayed here when we went to see Journey and Toto at the Coliseum. My mother uses a wheel chair and loved the lift they have for their first floor as it is split level. Also had the option to enter from another door near our room to bypass the steps/lift. Clean rooms with all the amenities and very quiet. A kid pulled the fire alarm, but they got us back to our rooms as quickly as possible.

Very impressed. Clean, updated and very comfortable. Well equipped and very helpful polite staff. I was really impressed with the nice roomy showers and stocked with good shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The beds were very clean and very comfy and slept well. My only request is a USB port for charging. Either in the lamps or table side clock. For those of us forgetting to bring our wall plugs. :/

Great hotel! We recently stayed overnight after a concert at the Coliseum. It's less than. 2 miles away and very clean. Easy to access right off the highway and friendly staff. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting the coliseum.

The room looked exactly how it looked in the picture and the front desk workers were extremely polite. Free breakfast and a bar downstairs if you would like to drink. I enjoyed my stay and would like to go back.

This was, by far, one of the best experiences we've had in quite some time. Check in was quick and easy. The staff at the front desk was extremely polite, happy, helpful and always greeted you with a smile. The hotel bartender was very nice and made delicious drinks. Cleaniness .....everything was extremely clean, fresh and comfortable. Fantastic experience and this will be where we book again when we visit the area!

Hotel was very clean and well run. Guest check in was professional and fast. Hotel staff was kind and courteous. Maids were kind and did a great turnover daily, and came get me when they where finished. Bar and kitchen staff where great even late at night

I believe this hotel had recently reopened when I stayed. The location is pretty nice. It's right off the highway and close to the Four Seasons Mall and conference center. It is also almost a direct drive to NC A&T. It was great for GHOE. The rooms are comfortable and updated. The hallways still look dated however. The bar was nice and the convenience store well stocked.
