DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro

I stayed with family there, it were spacious, clean. The front desk, we called 1am, for some.items not in the room, they.come right on point. Very nive, and polite. I enjoyed my stay at Double Tree by Hilton

I had a wonderful experience here offered at a great price, still whimsically decorated from Christmas. It was beautiful and all the workers were friendly and helped meet my every need including printing materials, having a refridgerator sent to the room, and checking the beeping the AC unit with maintenance workers available at an early hour. The Gate City Sports Grille downstairs was amazing and their chicken wings put Buffalo Wild Wings to shame, although I wasn't too fond of the thin-crusted vegetable pizza. Other than that, the food was fresh, service was fast, and a waitress knew my order before I even said it! My only concern was the power going off the moment I stepped off the elevator. Thankfully, the pool and fitness center were still operational to a degree, so I made the most of that time as the issue was quickly being resolved. Had anyone been asleep, you wouldn't have even noticed! I do not travel to Greensboro much, but I definitely need to come back as soon as possible! The location was incredibly convenient as well. To this day, I have not had a bad experience with a Hilton operated hotel.

You have to get their chocolate chip cookies in the morning and at night when they're first baked. They are absolutely divine but I've had them where they weren't exactly fresh hot and they were also phenomenal best dog on cookies. They have Sealy beds which are really comfortable and down feather comforters that were super comfortable and down feather pillows that were also really, really comfy

so I would definitely suggest staying a double trees

Had a last minute change to my reservation this morning. Called the hotel and they took care of it. They could have just told me I was out of luck, but they went the extra mile to help me. Great customer service. Can't wait to stay there on my rescheduled visit.

The Front desk staff and Sales team is amazing. Always polite and super supportive of my visits. The rooms , indoor heated pool and gym are a must to use! Book your stay TODAY!

I must say I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed the cookies. There was warm, baked, and fresh. Room was very clean. And I also love the Christmas decoration

Ate onsite at the Doubletree Hilton Greensboro restaurant called the Gate City Sports Bar and Grille. The unassuming location, hidden off the main lobby, boasts plenty of seating. But what you will be most impressed by is the warmth of the bartender Kymesha who will greet you with southern charm, making you feel welcome at any table you choose. If you are lucky enough to be served by Zarah, she will tell you her favorite item on the menu is the burger and the way Chef Ronald cooks to perfection. But if you ask to meet the chef--be prepared to meet a kind soul, who when asked, will prepare your favorite, off-menu dish, because you have been on the road for weeks and have a dietary restriction that is preparing you for surgery. The staff at this hotel is outstanding. From the bright and cheery entrance to the comfortable, clean rooms, to the amazing restaurant. The atmosphere will make you happy to return to Greensboro.

Love staying here, felt totally safe and welcome, staff super friendly and nice, there’s a restaurant inside, food was great and the service awesome, thank you, keep it up!

I'm going to try to say something that disappointed me. It's really hard.

My family and I were in Greensboro for a family reunion at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel aprox 10:30a after being on the road from Philadelphia since 2am. When I got to the front desk, I was politely acknowledged and welcomed immediately. I explained that I we just got in from Philly and hoped that our rooms might be ready. The lady at the deck said that my rooms are assigned and she assured me that they will be ready in an hour. I was fine with that.

We went a mile or two down the road to Walmart to kill time. We came back in just over an hour, I was greeted immediately and politely again by another woman at the front desk. I explained what I was told earlier. She looked up my reservation up, and the rooms were ready as promised. She was also helpful, polite and professional checking me in. I got cookies and water for all 6 of us. Both ladies were great!

When we got in the rooms we were pleased. The rooms were clean . They even smelled clean. The beds were comfortable. We were pleased with our stay for two nights.

The free breakfast was okay. A couple of small hiccups with not enough food items being out. It wasn't a big deal. The staff handled it as fast and efficiently as they could.

Overall, we were all pleased.

We had been traveling from TN after 2 FULL days of outdoor activities and really wanted a good night's rest/sleep. And, the breakfast was awesome. There was a great selection to choose from. Everything was fresh, hot and very tasty. Wished we could have had time to really enjoy it. But the TS was in full force and we had to eat and go. But will be returning to the Double Tree in Greensboro NC.

I had to call the hotel tonight to add my wife to my reservation. I got Kim on the phone. I hope she’s the only one at this hotel because she was WONDERFUL! She was full of personality and so helpful. You need a “Kim” on duty at all of your properties. Please recognize her and share this with her!

Hotel experience was great with very professional staff. Location and amenities were great for my family. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

Easy access. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Nice accommodations and central to all.

This is not the newest hotel in Greensboro, but it is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated all the way down to the individual room level, and the staff--from the General Manager to the Service--is polite, attentive, friendly and cheerful. Next year all rooms are scheduled to have refrigerator units. The General Manager is an amazingly attentive man, moving through the halls and lobbies to anticipate the needs and desires of his guests--when I mentioned that my wife had been surprised our room had no refrigerator, he had a portable unit installed by the time we returned from dinner that evening--even though I had told him it didn't matter!

We were really pleased with our entire four-night stay here. This is a twelve-story hotel. It has two elevators which run rapidly and silently at all times, so there is virtually no waiting before or during the trip. We found the built-in restaurant offered very good breakfast with excellent coffee, so most mornings we dined in. We were not able to dine in for lunch or dinner, but we would not have hesitated to do so if we had occasion. Exceptionally good dining service!

Awesome service and the people are amazing and willing to help with anything they can. Love this hotel. Location seems scary but once inside it’s all good. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will again.

Hotel was right off I-40 (literally). Female staff member who greeted us with the fresh warm cookies had an upbeat personality was was very customer service oriented. Rooms were straight and great place to stay when in business.

My wife and i, stayed from 7/14 to 7/16/23. When i tell you i was looking for somthing to be out of place I couldnt find a thing. everyone that worked from 3pm 7/14 to check out on 7/16 deserve to be promoted to the next level. Especialy the maintenance man that brought our microwave and mini fridge, to room 302 that weekend, he treated us like as if he was head of maintenance, if he isn't he should be. Every one at the front desk that weekend was so professional i mean like they were so connected and engaged.the rooms were 🔥 as in very nice. I could had ordered room service in the bathroom, it was that clean. But again the front desk personel was what did it for me.👏👏 the ice machine was down but hey things happen, after all you guys did, to make me and my wife safe, comfortable, and happy,I'd be more than glad to get on the elevator go to the next floor up and grab some. Thanks we will be back. Now that I left a good review, next time im in the area can i snag a bag of those cookies omgahhh.🤣 Sincerely will & Gail.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Walking distance from the Collosium. Do wish the rooms had fridges.
