No complaints at all on the room it just need thicker covers but the room was very clean and the guy which was the manager who checked me In was very nice not to mention you’re close by everything Walmart, Target, and lots of food places

Wonderful hotel for my price point. I had the pleasure of meeting "LaTanya" who was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I had made reservations at another hotel who canceled my reservation at the last minute due to.me arriving late for checking in. Fortunately a friend was able to call ahead and book me this gem at the very last minute - and "LaTanya" was able to get me a room close to the elevators since I'm a smoker. The free breakfast was very good, plentiful, hot, and the coffee was exceptional. The facility was very clean, my room was exceptional, and housekeeping was friendly, efficient, and accomodating. Thank you all so much for having "LaTaya" working the front desk. Although she shared she had just started working at the facility - she was a wiz and was very helpful during my stay. Customer service isn't a skill everyone possesses, and I'm so happy that in my frustrations that I had the privilege of meeting LaTanya who didn't take my frustrations personal and gave me the grace, understanding and help I needed upon my arrival and during my entire stay.

I highly recommend this Days Inn for overall cleanliness, great staff, exceptional bedding and comfort, and good breakfast. It's close to the interstate and plenty of sightseeing and shopping nearby.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy access from 40 and it was an enjoyable stay

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Greensboro. The Staff Tiara, Tasia, Teddy are awesome!! They are very patient and great at what they do! The housekeeping team Sherri and others are great as well! they make you feel at home with the cleanliness of your room and facility!! We’ll always come back!!
The only thing I’d recommend is more options for breakfast preferably meats and more of a hot bar.

Great place to be for a quick getaway or visiting family. It's only 10 mins away from UNCG! The staff is wonderful. Tasha and the other manager (short african american lady, it kills me that I can not remember her name) are awesome!!! They make you feel at home and talk to you as if you knew them forever. The hotel is in a great spot. Walmart is right across the street from there as well as many restaurants. Room 209, Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and didn't have any type of smell such as smoke which is a huge plus seeing as I'm an asthmatic. The drawers were a broken. Couldn't put clothes in because they would fall out the bottom. The fridge didn't work that well. It was hard to keep the room cool. Very thin walls. You could hear everyone's one conversation if they spoke loud enough. Other than that it was fine.

Staff was great. Rooms aren't bad. And whoever stayed next door was all levels of exciting haha

The staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was great and room is very nice 👍. I truly enjoyed myself and will definitely revisit my next trip to Greensboro. Thank you all for such great hospitality.

Would be a great place if they had a pool. When you check in you don't get full service on your room until the day after. Never been to their breakfast yet. The luggage racks you use to take your luggage on need to be repair.

Just passing through and needed a place to sleep for the night. The location was very well lit up and very welcoming. Our receptionist was so sweet and friendly! She got us checked in quick and easy. Room was clean and grab n go breakfast is always a plus. :) highly recommended!

I am giving it 5 stars for the customer service. Cassandra was absolutely a doll. She made it happen. She made it more easier for me to assure that my son would have a place to stay during his healing process after surgery. I can not thank her enough. She took some stress away from me! THANK YOU CASSANDRA! My son said that he has not had any problems with the room nor the staff.

Room was great but not cleaned fully. Not a big issue but needs to be addressed. Other than that one small issue everything was fine

Staying here for business very quiet staff extremely polite, courteous and friendly. Also liked the layout of my room.

If you are looking for a place to spend the night look no further. I am in the service industry and finding a good hotel is a chore at times. I don't need the amenities of a five star hotel. A modest price and no pimps in the parking lot. No bullet holes or blood stains. Could use some paint in the room but it is clean and quiet. ZzzZZz

Hotel was nice and the people were friendly. We had a nice room but there were some minor issues but we would stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while on business. Very clean & price friendly rooms with nice sized bathrooms. Great location. Will be staying again when I'm in town.

Reception was nice until she saw my boyfriend. She was very disrespectful afterwards.

It was clean and nice inside. I came to visit a friend and was actually surprised by just how well maintained the room and property appeared. I would recommend this hotel to others.
