Homewood Suites by Hilton Greensboro Wendover

We recently spent almost 2 weeks at Homewood Suites by Hilton, 6011 Landmark Center, Greensboro, NC. The hotel is modern/updated, very clean and comfortable. The king bed mattress & shower were great! Our room was quiet and had a small kitchen with full refrigerator. The breakfasts and Wednesday evening meals (with beer & wine) are very good. Their staff were the best part of our stay. They made us feel at home! This is a wonderful hotel.

This location was a great choice. We were able to access restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area. The suite we stayed was were clean and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The property inside and outside is well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Clean and new hotel. Comfortable king size bed in a large suite with living room and kitchenette. Very quiet and a better-than-average hotel breakfast.

From the front desk staff to housekeeping, EVERY single staff member was warm and welcoming! The hotel was clean and they were consistently wiping down high traffic areas. We had no issues in our room. We ended up extending our stay and the front desk staff made that a super smooth last minute change. Oh and did I mention it was super quiet our entire stay but the hotel was full! It felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves. Wait, let me not forget, the breakfast was pretty good! The breakfast staff keep the area clean and they were very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend the Homewood Suites by Hilton Greensboro Wendover to anyone!

I reserved 2 connecting rooms. My stay here was great. Upon check-in, the rooms were clean and fresh smelling. The staff had the room perfectly cooled upon entering. My room this time had the dispensers of hand cleanser, lotion, shampoo and shower gel instead of the little bars of soap and shampoo. I prefer the dispensers. It is less messy. Love staying here when I have to stay in Greensboro. The pet area was clean for the most part. Some pet owners still do not pick up after their dogs, which makes it hard for those who do pick up after our pets. There are 2 pet posts with bags and disposal containers. I noticed too, 3 dogs were off leash when I arrived at the hotel. Their owner just let them roam outside with the leash dragging the ground. (2 labs and a dachshund) Other than that my stay was pleasant.

So far, one of the best extended stays I've been to , great service, good breakfast, clean room , nice people, would go back any time.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, both at check in and check out. Our room was very clean and inviting/welcoming, I like the setup, & the bed was comfortable. I absolutely love the “Welcome Robin” that was displayed on our TV. The hotel location is convenient for both shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel, I will certainly stay again when I’m visiting Greensboro. Everything was great. Thank you for an awesome stay Saturday -Sunday, Hilton!

Will stay here again. I was on a business trip and tired after a long day. The Manager's Welcoming Event served up a great dinner and libations, which was an unexpected treat. The room was clean, quiet, and very spacious. The hotel team was very helpful and welcoming. I was really impressed!

Nice, felt like "home"!!! During the holiday freeze, my pipes burst house flooded, stove went out, hot water heater went out so stayed here for a week or so. Staff was nice, parking lot, grilling area, lobby, gym, and pool were all clean areas, rooms(2) were nice and cozy.
I was able to fix meals and my New Year Meal in my room instead of eating out thanks to the kitchenette. Would like to have access to an oven tho but I was able to make due with what was available. It included a full size fridge/freezer, Stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots, pans, eating utensils, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, and some microwaveable dishes. Continental breakfast was very basic. I would add a label of what kind of muffins are out to consume because of nut allergies. I had to ask the staff.
I gave a rating of 5/5 due to my experience here and comparison to other immediate neighboring hotels. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay again if need be!

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Greensboro from now on.

This hotel was awesome. We were greeted smiling faces. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. Maybe one of the best I've ever stayed at! The location was great as well.

Fantastic place to stay. Super clean, very friendly front desk staff, and the hotel looked new or recently renovated. Full size fridge, dishwasher and 2 tv's, and the hotel had a upscale appearance to it. Very satisfied and I'm picky about hotels.

We all know how stressful it is to move from one state to another. Add to that a cat in a van. This hotel is pet friendly, but little did I know how much. My new condo was closing the day of check-out, and I was give a late check-out time. Rushing around from condo to closing to cat, I found back at the hotel that my cat was missing. Nowhere! Two maids came in and helped me look. The cat hat disappeared. Finally, the manager came up, and she looked the one place (tucked in somehow to the space behind the air conditioner) no else had. I thought I was going to cry from stress relief. We all wound up having a good laugh; the ladies could see I was at my wit's end. Well, I told the three of them I wanted to "do something for them," meaning a big tip, but they wouldn't take it. I insisted, and then they did, too. I've learned not to argue with three ladies. The team at Homewood Suites, including the warm-hearted Iranian woman who oversaw breakfast, made a tough time more human and doable. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and new. AC works perfectly. WIFI signal is great. Check in/out process was quick. Breakfast was a 5/10, but it’s free

Great sized refrigerator, microwave, etc. It's got it all.

The pool flooring...
The floor (pool area tile) is the most slick surface I've ever encountered. I slipped, never fell, but my kids did. There needs to be rubber mats around the perimeter, or a different surface all together.
Someone is going to be seriously hurt at this pool, if they haven't already.
It's more of a concern than a complaint.
We will not go back to the pool at this particular location, for only this reason.
It's a beautiful setting & was wonderful otherwise.

I am picky and slightly snobish when it comes to my hotel accommodations. As far as I'm concerned, this is now my go-to budget value hotel in the Greensboro area (pickings are slim when it comes to nice, updated, clean accommodations in the mid-price range in the area!). The hotel is newer, and well maintained. It's tucked back away from the hustle and bustle of the area so it's quiet. My room was clean and comfortable. The only area of improvement was that the closet and bathroom floor could have been cleaned slightly better, but this was by no means a huge deal. The gym was clean with new machines (and even had a spin bike!) My one request would be to sub out "craisins" for good ole raisins at the oatmeal station at the breakfast area.

I am very picky about hotels. Mostly regarding cleanliness. This hotel did an excellent job! We also lost power with hurricane Ian and they took very good care of us. I don’t think I’ve ever been happier with a hotel stay.
