Lake Shore Bed & Breakfast

This B&B excels at the three pillars of lodging: clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hosts are more than welcoming, they made suggestions for how to spend time at the lake that turned out to be spot-on, and they express to you that this is your home while you are there, then sure make you feel that way. On the second floor deck in the evening we watched ducks, hawks, and many other birds. An egret landed on the pier right in front of us. The pier is available to guests. This is among the best lodging experiences I have ever had. I left wanting to return!

This quaint little bed and breakfast is well worth the price. Super nice couple and very personable. They took care of all our needs and it was lovely to sit and chat with them. Lovely dock out front to fish from or unload a kayak. We will absolutely be back again

My wife and I had a very pleasant weekend at this B&B on the shores of Lake Waccamaw. The room we stayed in had a comfortable queen size bed and a reasonably large private bathroom with a stand-up shower and a separate toilet with it's own door. The rooms, on the second floor, also share a pleasant balcony overlooking the lake that has a tv, plenty of reading material, and a small refrigerator and table. There are interesting antiques throughout. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming, full of stories about the history of the area. The breakfast was very good and filling, perfect before a day of kayaking the lake. The house has it's own dock and pier onto the lake making access easy. And the price made this an excellent value. All in all I'll certainly stay here again when I want to visit the lake.

Lovely owner, feels like you’re at your grandma’s place. Amazing view, decent rooms. Watching the sun set on the pier was gorgeous!

My husband and I had a lovely weekend of fishing and rest to celebrate our anniversary, wonderful place and people, we will definitely come back again!
