SpringHill Suites by Marriott Greensboro

Passing through and had to rest around 10:00 pm with the family. All rooms were booked in the surrounding area and we got to Springhill and someone had canceled. Thanks to Britney for making everything perfect,from offering courtesy water when not knowing my son just got out of vehicle cramping. She then informed us that the reason why all rooms were booked because of AAU & JR OYLMPICS . Breakfast was great my wife had her cup of Joe with oatmilk! ( Happy Wife Happy Life)!!!!

This was my 1st time staying here. The area had everything I needed to feel home. The service was great, I was greeted as soon as i entered into the building. I will return.

Bonvoy Member! The hotel is clean and the staff were nice. I appreciate that they offer reasonable rates for those of us who are working in town and do not spend much time at the hotel but would like a nice room. I will give a warning about the tubs. They are slightly rounded on the floor of the tub and can be slippery for those who are prone to falling. I'm not one of those people. However, I do like to dance while showering, and that rounded bottom edge made that difficult.

Hotel was super close to the Greensboro Ice House and there were tons of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are showing their age, but were clean and functional. The complimentary breakfast was a plus for a quick bite for our travel hockey players before their morning game.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the quietest hotel I have ever experienced. Their folks up front were very welcoming and kind. House cleaning people were also super friendly and people who worked there seemed happy to be there. I'd stay again.

Excellent hotel! So glad we decided to book here during our trip to the Greensboro Science Center. A great, easy to find location, excellent customer service from Angie at the front desk, nice rooms, indoor pool and the best Breakfast at a hotel that we’ve ever had. I really appreciated the dairy free and healthy options the owner provides at breakfast. Excellent stay!

Angie and Kelly were on duty for my arrival they both were pleasant. Angie and Kelly made our family feel welcome. However, Angie went above and beyond when I told her it was my sister's birthday, and she gave her a present. These two young ladies are special they made our vacation a very warm and definitely will be back.

This room was perfect. There's a separate area for working, so I didn't have to wake my wife while I worked remote. It was clean, the bathrooms were immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. The staff went above and beyond for us, and I highly recommend this hotel. Can't wait to go back.

The SpringHill Suites in Greensboro, NC is easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel was in a very easy to find location, and was located in a really quiet part of town. The parking at the hotel is very easy, and there are a ton of spots-even though there were a lot of people staying at the hotel.
The staff was very nice upon check in- they were very helpful with food locations and nightlife spots around Greensboro. The hotel lobby was very big- and featured a business center. The hotel pool was pretty big, too!
The elevators to the rooms were very fast, and the hallways in the hotel were super clean. The hotel room itself was very big- as I had a suite. The room had a couch, desk, fridge, microwave and spacious bathroom. The bed was one of the best ones I've ever slept on, and was able to get a lot of sleep.

Great place for a clean comfortable overnight stay! The staff was fantastic. Courteous, kind, and caring. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs with toppings, waffles, oatmeal with toppings, biscuits with gravy and sausage, cereal and pastries. The attendant worked hard to keep the food stocked and the area clean.

The staff are awesome sauce. The rooms are cozy. The parking lot needs a return to the drawing board.
