La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greensboro NC

We just spent 3 nights at the LaQuinta in Greensboro. It’s was a great hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Melissa picked us up at the airport and provided all kinds of information, including close places to eat. The room was clean, the hotel had been newly updated which made it better than most. We asked for accommodations the day of our flight. They were very kind and allowed us a late check out and a shuttle to the airport. We would recommend this hotel and would be very pleased to stay there again.

The staff was very nice. I had an easy check in. The woman who checked me in acknowledged that I was a member which made me feel good. The room was very clean. My favorite part of the stay would be the bathroom mirror. I love how it illuminated the room. Always the best place to take pictures. 😊😊 I will stay here again.

The associate Jennifer was very helpful in a stressful time and I couldn't ask for a more comfortable room. The posts here about
bed bugs are not valid and the posts about mold are unfounded. This place is awesome and so are the people. Liz was also very helpful by helping me find a shower chair for my wife. I can't say enough on how great this experience was.

Just wanted to that I have been coming to this location since April of 2020 before the changes and remodel. can honestly say that the new look is great and the new staff at the front desk Melissa was awesome. She greeted us with a smile gave us the food options what was opened passed 11:30 at night and about our discount. Keep it up with staff members like Melissa.

I checked in on 7/5/2024 to attend a funeral of a longtime friend of my family. Brittany B and Melissa A were very helpful getting me checked in. Their customer service was TOP TIER and should be commended. I appreciate their willingness to make sure I was comfortable and that my room was suitable for me. It’s nice to know that there are still some wonderful people in the world- thanks again Melissa and Brittany!

La Quinta hotel in Greensboro was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel and we wee able to book w La Quinta & Elizabeth @ front desk was tremendously helpful and offered amazing customer service. Dana was also super helpful & all staff was friendly! My daughter & I felt safe and welcomed each day. Thank you!!!

front desk attendant named debbie was sooo helpful and polite! always had a smile on her face and just made the whole trip amazing! the pool was clean and the room was spotless! good job guys!

These guys have always taken good care of me. Even when something goes wrong (and things often do in hospitality) they are usually doing their best to sort it out. I also really like the location and its nearness to restaurants, gas stations, etc.

I recently stayed at La Quinta and had the pleasure of interacting with Melissa at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, Melissa made a fantastic impression. She greeted me with a warm, genuine smile.

The staff is phenomenal. The rooms are very comfortable. Melissa, Liz and Mr. Ben couldn't have been more accommodating. The delivery restaurants that were recommended couldn't have been better. I will always come back here when in town. ATL

My first stay at this hotel. I have been to Greensboro every month for 9 yrs for work. This hotel was great from the moment I walked in. The front desk lady was very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were big and bed was comfy. Shampoo, body wash etc was provided in the showers. Was a good brand Dove. Checked out this am and again everyone was pleasant and said good morning. Didn't have breakfast but it was available. This will be my new go to in Greensboro.

Everyone was wonderful, and the breakfast was so good, the rooms and lobby area were very clean, if you're visiting the Greensboro NC area I would definitely recommend you stay here.

It was my first time staying at the hotel. I liked that its a pet friendly hotel and a clean place to stay. The staff is also friendly. I would stay here again.

Melissa made my entire family feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. We are here for a funeral so not the best occasion but Melissa treated everyone with care.
