I switched my phone over from Verizon today and Bobbie made the experience as painless as possible. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. I upgraded to a new phone and a smart watch. She set everything up for me and even got my discounts I wasn't aware of. Thank you so much for all the help. These days every bit of money you can save is helpful.

Received excellent service from TMobile today. Da'Lesha was truly a Mobile Expert. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I continue to be pleased with TMobile. Thank you all at Skibo location.

Great customer service was in and out of the store fairly quickly and purchased the T-Mobile Wi-Fi homebox for my home. The Wi-Fi is excellent on my Wi-Fi box. So far I have no complaints and I will come here again when I need to upgrade my phone.

This is probably the best store in Fayetteville. I went to another store closer to where I lived and they were extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to return a phone. I was going to purchase two phones after returning one but they were so unwilling to help me I had to leave. I drove an additional 20 minutes to come to this store and was helped by Jan who spent the better part of an hour helping me get the best deal on the new phones and helping me transfer data from my broken glitching phone to the new one. His willingness to help above and beyond made a huge impact and I hope anyone who is looking for the right store to go to sees this and goes to him. Thank you!

Best customer service ever. If you need to speak to someone, I recommend Felix and Tanisha. That's who I had the pleasure of communicating with. They were amazing and had such a great attitude. They work fast and they work as a team. If one can't answer your question, they are not afraid to ask their coworkers for assistance. Very friendly and clean environment.
You also have three other associates who I would recommend but I forgot their names unfortunately.

Wesley was great! He was helping multiple people including me at one time and he was so patient and helpful!

Nice store in a good location. Sales people seem to be quite knowledgeable. Go there before 5 o’clock for best service waiting times.

This review is specifically for sales associate Ty. Ty’s customer service , patience and eagerness to provide assistance with an issue we had for weeks was absolutely outstanding!!! I was very anger and not the most patient customer; however Ty remained calm, pleasant, understanding and reassuring that she would work on my behalf to resolve the issue or to get me to the right person/ department. Thank you so very much Ty you are awesome!!!

I can’t remember the lady who helped us out last year, maybe Deborah. But we were having a lot of problems with the cell service we’ve been with since I got my first cell phone after high school like 15 years ago. We tried everything we could to not switch but they wouldn’t stop raising their prices to the point we were about to shut off having a phone line period. The guy at the store in HM kept giving us false promises and instead of lowering our bill made it go even higher!!! And said there’s nothing he can do to fix it we had to call corporate, but corporate repeated the same saying the store had to fix it. After several several back and forth we saw T Mobile having a switch promo. Super glad we went there!!! Our sells rep was awesome and so very helpful!! Then we went back again with minor issues that the manager fixed due to our sells rep not being there that day. Over all we really appreciate the service!! Highly recommend!!

I am from lumberton and just stopped by here. Service was quick and the person helping us was WONDERFUL!! So glad that she will be transferring to the lumberton store. I will definitely go and see her again!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS T-MOBILE STORE. Walked in and had a short wait time but was seen and taken care of in no time. Our sales consultant lowered our bill and was completely transparent and helpful with our options. We left the store with a new phone plan, phone, and accessories at a lower rate than when we walked in. 10/10!

Best service I received from a mobile provider! Audrey and Kelly were extremely helpful and accommodating. After the completing the sign up. They followed up with me and made sure all is taken care of even after over a month of being a T-Mobile customer. I am really impressed of the level of service received. Looking forward to going to their store again.

Follow up: I was supposed to receive a rebate and somehow, T-Mobile messed it up and they said I'm not eligible. I called Audrey and Kelly from the store and they hurried to resolve it. After a while T-Mobile rejected it, Audrey and Kelly once again called very quickly to resolve it and they did. I was very impressed by their care to make sure my rebate is corrected after so long from selling the phones. This is unheard of in the cell phone industry.

Kelly!! Where do I begin ! Lord knew. I was at wits end with my phone my service after losing a relative.... they harassed us to get him off the account but this was NOT TMobile ... she got directly where I needed to go and even though we never got the old phone company to comply and assist us even after just 18 hours on and off (non pay because I'm the customer) you and your team still stuck through 4 hours of that with me and stated how you can't believe this is Called customer service. Your 18 yrs of sticking with this company shows we made a right decision and thanks for taking us under your wing and hooking our business needs up !

Needed a phone ASAP went to bestbuy the advisor told me it could take over an hr for him to get me setup, seeing that they closed at 7 he said it wouldn’t be today ok cool. Went over to the T-Mobile store Levon was my sales rep did all my information and got me a new within 30 mins. Staff was very friendly and helpful don’t know what issue bestbuy had but I know now to go directly to the T-Mobile store.

Special BIG thanks to Jessica D for being so kind to explain why my bill was higher! Definitely a way better experience than when we went to one of the third party stores. We recently switched to T-mobile, and she was able to explain all the details the other store didn’t when we first did the switch. She also helped us understand why the rebate wasn’t approved, and she fixed it! Please hire more people like Jess!!!
