3 years on counting for a ruling since filing for a trial in Chancery Court. Court has been moved 22 times without prior notification and day 4 of the trial has been moved twice so it will be 17 weeks between day 3 and day 4 of the trial. That's besides the fact that the Clerk has a past with mishandling funds, but it keeps being covered up. I've been waiting for the trial a full year longer than the pandemic has been here.
