Unfortunately I am sad to report that my nephew, sister-in-law and I did not have a pleasant experience while visiting this little shop today. We found the employees unfriendly, uninviting and unhelpful which made the the atmosphere very negative and uncomfortable. Now they were catering to a few other guest with excitement and enthusiasm but that energy was not shared with everyone (please note they had more then one person working and after reviewing other comments I believe the owner/manager was the one who made eye contact with us with a half smile but zero verbal greeting). I feel like everyone should be treated equally. Regular/repeat guest are blessings but growing your clientele is important. Yes I did purchase a few little toys for my nephew (I know I shouldn’t have support this establishments behavior but my nephew is only two and he was overly excited to be shopping for toys) and we did get a delivery bike for a steal but I won’t be supporting this local business ever again.
