Reconsidered Goods

We were running short on time and my friend said we could only spend 45 minutes here. At first, since I had never been before, I told her of course that would have been totally fine. How long could it actually take? In all reality we definitely would have spent hours and hours here if our schedules had allowed us to!

There is so much to explore and soooo many beautifully curated displays. Despite being a jack of all trades when it comes to crafting supplies and home decor, everything seems very organized. There are some fantastic vintage pieces of clothing and jewelry... A great fabric sale going on... If you're in the area reconsidered goods as a must!

Reconsidered Goods is a treasure trove of things that you can't find anywhere else. This new store is enormous and easier to browse than the old, much smaller store.
I like being able to find old books, like this Oliver Wilde anthology.
And I got this beautiful old metal tray that I needed for a product photo shoot.
They have a wide selection of arts and crafts, I got some yarn to finish a couple of projects, and some craft books.
Everything is priced very inexpensively so you can get lots of stuff without spending a lot of money.
Do plan to spend some time browsing, as there are so many items. It is definitely a place you should visit at least once a month as they get new items every day.

Wonderful deals if you like making arts and crafts! Obviously, it's reliant on whatever gets donated, but I've always found some good stuff whenever I went, including a few things I was really stoked about and frankly amazed that anyone gave them up. Very friendly people, too. The only downside is that they don't have a public restroom, so keep that in mind.

Reconsidered Goods is THE best place to find your supplies for whatever craft, interest, creative pursuit, or hobby is your passion. And if you aren't sure how you want to express The Real You...take a walk through Reconsidered Goods; you never know what might jump out and grab your interest.

The sensible leveled up thrift store of my dreams. The staff are all helpful, the interior is adorable, and merchandise rotates out enough to make a weekly visit interesting. Perfect if you're looking for one or two (or a full supply) of lightly or partially used office supplies, crafts of many stripes, containers, tchotchkes, clothing, prints, decorative plastic flowers, frames, buttons, lamps, rly nearly anything.

This place is amazing. I have gotten so many awesome things here that its crazy. One of the best places I have ever been to. Highly recommended and the sweetest workers ever. Prices are amazing. My daughter moved here for school and we visit frequently and this is our first stop always. Thank you so much.

What a great store! Lots of merchandise and spacious layout. You could spend hours in here looking at all the wonderful stuff. Crafting supplies, knitting supplies, fabric, seasonal stuff, etc. The ArtOMat is so fun.... would have gotten something from it if I hadn't bought so much already.

What a delight to find this place! For the eco- and budget-conscious crafter, this place is heaven. The fabric selection is especially good, but the main fun of coming here is browsing all the well-sorted but delightfully random stuff they have and imagining what you could do with it.

This is my favorite store in all of Greensboro. Maybe in all the world. It's such a cool concept, the prices are GREAT, the staff is GREAT, even the background music is great. And you never know what treasures you'll find, but I NEVER leave empty-handed!

My absolutely favorite go-to for crafts and inspiration. You are bound to find SOMETHING in this no waste space. I organized my craft area for only $10 with bins and things from here! Also if you like to make wreaths they have a great supply of items you may need to spruce up your home.

OMG this place is outstanding and has something for everybody...really unique, can't wait to see what they have next time. Prices are great and staff is friendly...a must see for anyone that's into thrifting.

This was a great find!! However...WARNING if I get overwhelmed at Walmart, take a deep breath before you dive in! There is sooooo much stuff here! For all the things they have it is actually pretty well organized and somewhat easy to browse through! They have both a FB and IG page and will post new cool items that come in, but they go fast!
If you are looking to get rid of things crafty and more think about donating here! They are a "well loved" supply store but are very reasonable on everything! Staff is very kind and helpful and there's even a store cat! His name is Wilson!
If you are an artist and looking for inspiration this place would definitely be it! I wish they had one in Winston too that would be awesome. They carry fabric, buttons, beads, frames, containers, glassware, old photos, scrapbook supplies, old vinyl records, you name it...it's there!! Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Reconsidered Goods is a fantastic place and the people there are wonderful! (Catena/Jax). If you are a maker/crafter of any kind, check this place out! I am a quilter and make Quilts of Valor to honor veterans - imagine my delight at finding several 2 1/2" jelly rolls in patriotic fabrics at amazing prices! I think every county needs an RC!

Unique thrifting. Literally has a little bit of everything you could imagine for arts and crafty supplies. Very friendly staff!

I love Reconsidered goods. It is like a new store every time I visit. The prices are reasonable. I love the fact that I can repurpose materials.

This is the most unique store that I have ever been in I am a quilter and they had fabric, old patterns and vintage squares. The staff is friendly and the cashier gave me some sweet deals. Thanks so much! We went out of the way from PA so worth it!

Reconsidered Goods is like a thrift store for crafters. It's a fantastic place to find good deals and unique finds for crafting and office supplies. It's also a good place to donate select items that are hard to donate elsewhere.

A great place for educators, builders, makers, creative types and kids to discover great materials for their next project, lesson, or creative idea + lots of other things. You kind of have to see it in person.

This store is amazing! I thought it was going to be a thrift store, so I was presently surprised to see it was a craft/supply store. I found two bolts of fabric, both for $3, some intact skeins of yarn for $2-3, and vinyl records galore. It was such a fun and creative vibe, the employees were super friendly, and the prices and variety were unbeatable. I'll definitely be coming back soon.
